I'm a local to this dispensary and I love the location! My experience from start to finish was amazing, and all the staff made my first time there perfect. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, and you aren't kept waiting long. A simple check in and I was greeted by the smiling and enthusiastic General Manager, Melvin. He was very kind and made sure I had all the information I needed to make my purchase. The vibe in this place is the kind you want from a dispensary, and they make the whole process hassle free. They have plenty of Grade A strains and their shatter is the lowest priced out of all the Maryland dispensaries. A BIG plus to Herbology because they have the LOWEST prices across the board in Maryland currently. If anyone is considering making the trip here you will not be disappointed!

I have been in twice so far, one of the closest to my house so it is easy to get to. The waiting area is nice, good selection on hand - they had over 20 strains of flower when I went last. Picked up some super potent White Sour. Prices seem to be in line with other dispensaries, the staff is quite friendly and helpful. I will certainly be back.

I have made this location my default dispensary. I realize that there are many options and visit all of them opened prior to selecting Herbology as mine. The staff is amazing, all of them, they make you feel comfortable in the process, their advice is on point when it comes to strains, they have a steady supply of strains constantly changing and adding products to meet everyone’s need. I constantly check other places menus, just to have an idea of what’s there and prices, and found that they are normally the one dispensary with more flower options. Their prices are comparable to all others, but with offers and deals, and the rewards program, they definitely surpass others in the area. To my favorite budtenders Devon, Stanley and Mel: Thank you!!

Every time I go in this place everyone is very friendly and know what they are talking about. My man Vonn helped me this past time and was super helpful and chill from the moment I walked into the door. I highly recommend there in house strains too.

In my first review I made it known that the budtenders, the environment/vibe, and the product.quality were superb and had secured my loyalty for days to come. Now after having read some negative reviews recently and some complaints about the product, I have changed my review and would like to acknowledge these comments. This place... IS STILL FANTASTIC!!! sorry they didnt have the strain you wanted or sold out, get over it. This is the best dispensary around and if you're going to be a big baby and complain, complain to your eye doctor for not letting you know you're blind to greatness.

New patient process is quick and easy and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Once you get beyond the processing area you enter into a large, comfortsble waiting area. The actual space in which you browse is a bit small in my opinion but that isn't a big deal. The fact that there are no stools is odd as there are two comfortable chairs when you walk in but they are not near the counter. Fortunately the staff are on top of things. Bianca is a fantastic budtender and immediately grabbed a stool from a coworker and brought it around. I highly recommend this dispensary and the fact they accept Can Pay makes this the go to dispensary in the Gaithersburg area.

Great Location, and atmosphere. Very laid back location that was very clean and products are nicely displayed. Mel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products while he was assisting me in my decisions.

Considering the fact that I tried to email Leafly about changing my second review (which I wrote before receiving the prize...) after receiving my prize, I just wanna thank Melvin and all the dispensary associates I've met for treating me with respect. No patronizing, no overt criticism of strain shopping, and they know they have many products I commonly use available. You guys > corporate. That is all :)

I’ve been to dispensaries from DC to Maryland. This is one of my favorite spots. It’s close and convenient but also a decent deal. Maryland dispensaries are going thru price wars right now and Herbology has been on par. I hope they stop the 60 an eighth for premium and make a better deal with dispensaries 😎

These guys are doing the shatter game in MoCo proper!! I like that i can order ahead and they have the best prices, along with a friendly and diverse staff.

This is the best out of every dispensary I've been to yet. The personal quality service is outstanding. Melvin has never failed to find me the best medication for me. He has numerous times gone above and beyond for his patients. Thank you Herbology I will be a regular as long as you are around. - Peter
