Curaleaf - Glendale East

This has been my go to Dispo for some time now. But unfortunately some fool had to grab a worker. The bud-tender was letting the customer check the flower to see if it’s crunchy or not. Since this happened this locations new policy is no one is allowed to check the flower for freshness. Now you’re at the mercy of what they deem to be fresh, not the customer. I don’t mind bringing my flower back at all but the dilemma is once cannabis is too far gone & very dry. Then you bring it back it has lost most of its potency. This dispensary has lost my business indefinitely unless this policy is reversed. Until then I will be shopping around for a new Dispo. BTW The jet fuel gelato is dry as hell fam. It took 90 minutes to bring back, what a waste of valuable time.

It's the dispensary that I go to. Why go somewhere else? Great customer service, they're all friends now, that's how long I've been coming here. They always have what I'm looking for and even suggest something else that may help my disease better. Yes, very knowledgeable on their products. You guys rock! And are number 1 in my book...

Mason was awesome, friendly and helpful. No issue with their service, just the product. The flower was so dry, it practically disintegrated as I was rolling. The product itself wasn’t that great even though it had a high THC. Probably won’t be back due to product but like I said, Mason was awesome.

I've visited Curaleaf on Bell Rd and 55th Ave a few times, and while the product quality is okay at best, the customer service truly stands out. Devon is always pleasant and exhibits excellent customer service skills, making every visit enjoyable. His professionalism and helpful nature made me assume he was a manager. Today, Mason assisted me and did a great job. The staff overall is consistently helpful and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk in. Although there's room for improvement in product quality, the exceptional service provided by Devon, Mason, and the rest of the team keeps me coming back.

My budtender was very kind and super efficient. I didnt get her name and I don't wanna post the cashier ID, but I appreciate her listening actively while confirming my order💖

I am Super Disappointed with placing this order on Leafly app. The cost shown for what I wanted, and subsequently ordered, was VASTLY different than the actual cost!!! After some discussion, the clerk/budtender, was able to satisfactorily help me (but being know where the deal that I had order on the Leafly app,) but to be honest, it was a stressful situation. I wasn’t able to get a clear understanding of who’s issue it was, but she kept saying that ”they” do not update the prices we see on Leafly. She never did specify who “they” were, Leafly or Reef dispensary.

I disliked that you did not give me what I ordered. I was in a hurry and didn't check. you gave me ice cream cake after I ordered grease monkey. then the dang cart wouldn't hit. ripped off!!! I could have forgiven the strain error and probably would have laughed it off. but this is just not cool.

I purchased items online per the listed THC content. Got to the pickup window and I totally forgot to ask. Get home and instead of 28% it’s 15.87 %. As a heavy medical user. I never get anything under 20% and usually higher. However the “bud tender” didn’t offer to show me what I got nor did he review my purchase. Half my fault for not asking. Also I haven’t been there since the curaleaf merge and they no longer had any of my points on file. Even though I do shop at Curaleaf on bell often and use my points there. Overall not a great experience, not bad but could have been better. I feel as a long time Arizona state medical card holder you should maybe be treated with more respect.

Not sure who the lady was that helped me out on my purchase. But she was a great employee . Along with the gentleman that I saw workong the walk ins . I preorder always and never have a real issue with reef . Everytime is amazingly smooth going and fast the employees there are very nice and super friendly . Makes me feel like to hey all are like my best friend I've known forever. Or like family . I appriciate everyone at reef and allways will keep going back there . Not only is it very close to my house but the employees are the best I've ever delt with anywhere I've ever gone . Ever . Tha k you for being kind helpful and friendly. this place is the best place in the valley imo. great prices for quality product. the staff is always great to talk to and very knowledgeable. but, they need to fix their online pick up line. that line starts right when you walk in the door. so you block the only entrance/exit. it really confuses people. plus the sign for that line is small, easy to miss. the way it was before was way easier and less awkward. I never see security either
