Super friendly staff and they are constantly running deals. Also keep in mind if you buy and a sale happens they CAN’T price match so keep that in mind around holidays

Nice location and vibe. Clean and well organized. Never a long wait. Staff is very polite and courteous. Justin and Kayla are always very patient, helpful and knowledgable about products. Prices here a much more reasonable than other dispensaries and they offer a good discount program based on points.

Have been a patient at this particular location for well over a year and have purchased over 100 times. The selection is ALWAYS lackluster, constantly out of certain types of flower and edibles. Some of the staff is super helpful and a pleasure to work with. Some people on the staff are unprofessional and can be very rude/confrontational. They push their online ordering system, but regularly take over 2-3 hours to fulfill them, leading to product being sold out pretty much every time I try. They seem to prioritize money over patients. They do have sales and deals often, but again with the lack of product that doesn’t really matter. Can be a bit pushy with sales at times, feels like they forget this is medicine. Hopefully soon us patients will get access to a medical dispensary focused on us and our conditions rather than a dispensary focused on recreational sales. Associate Brett and Drew were not nice, felt rushed and like a criminal!

Great Service

I just placed my first order today. I had a great experience. They were very responsive when I was first contacting them about placing an order. When I went to pick it up they added a cbd chapstick and a vape pen(and charger)! They have excellent service, I was very impressed.

Curaleaf is all about the money and not the medical patients! Since they opened the recreational business in the Hudson Valley NY, which is in the same building as the Medical business, they have significantly reduced the flower inventory in the medical business. Many of the products on the rec side are their own products that used to be in Medical. So now they expect the medical customers to pay a higher price for their medicine.

As a new medical cannabis patient, I had a LOT of questions. Brett spent about an hour and a half patiently educating me and addressing all of my concerns. I am so grateful for his kindness and understanding and for all of the valuable information he provided. Great facility and staff. Senior discount, too! One note: if you put their address into your GPS, you will end up in the wrong place... it is a mystery why this is so. Put in the address for the Alexis Diner in Newburgh, and you'll end up in the right place!!

I am a multiple year card holder in NY. The changes in product variety, availability, and effectiveness of Curaleaf product has seen a dramatic uptick in the last 6 months. I specifically use this location because the customer service is equal to the quality flower Curaleaf delivers. You guys have been my lifesaver during the darkest of 2020 days.

Fast and professional

After finally getting my medical marijuana card, I made my first visit to Curaleaf in Newburgh. I preordered and it was as easy as it gets. I was greeted with enthusiasm at the door, and after getting checked in I was impressed with the facility and more importantly, their customer service at the counter, which was completely outstanding and very helpful. Curaleaf's selection is tremendous. There are many kinds of strains of flower and vaporizers are available. Great edible selection as well. They offer incredible specials as well. The products themselves are high quality. Curaleaf's brands offer you a fine cannabis experience in either flower or vaporizers. I haven't tried any edibles yet, but I am sure they are great, also. I can safely recommend a trip to Curaleaf!

I still really like this place but...... I am a medical patient and have gone here since its opened. now that they have adult use the menu for the medical side has gotten so lean, there is barely anything on it. meanwhile the adult use menu is expanding. all new items are now adult use first if they ever come to the medical side at all. I get it, there is more profit in the recreational side but it's sad to see this store moving more to recreational and neglecting the medical patients that helped them start. very disappointing
