Casey definitely did a GREAT job ( as usual) with taking care of my needs for some meds to help with arthritis. He was VERY patient as he looked through his inventory to make sure I got the right product. Never once did he make me feel like he didn't want to help it was the exact opposite he was determined to provide the BEST customer service he could. Being a salesman for over 20 years customer service is a must with me. Reef should be very LUCKY to have a guy like this that takes PRIDE in his job. If Reef had a room full of employees like Casey they would be #1 in Las Vegas hands down!! Prices are good product is good and when you get a Budtender like Casey it's a trifecta!! Thanks Bro my hands haven't felt this good in weeks.

I would like to Thank Casey and his staff for always providing outstanding customer service. The product they sell is awesome, their bud tenders are knowledgeable whose recommendations on various strains are always welcomed.

Generally good experience, good buds with a variety for all to choose from, decent prerolls that actually burn properly. Only problem was the failure of the employees to inform me on bag fees and turning in 5 bags for a "free" black label preroll, and the failure to even hint they have a customer loyalty program which I had to ask for myself after my 12th visit, that would be extremely beneficial if I had points starting 12 visits ago. Absolutely packed afternoons/midday. Overall one of the better dispensaries.

it was a good experience while I was there cool people on both sides to talk with I got the pre-rolled sour banana sherbert. it was the poorest rolled blunt/joint I've ever tried to smoke it was so loose I had 2 hold 1 end shake it! it ended up much smaller when I finally got it packed enough 2 smoke! I'm so bummed!! I'd go back but they'd think I was just trying 2 get free stuff & I get seriously offended if I'm called a liar I'm many things but that's not 1 next time I'll just get a gram & roll it myself!

Only reason this is not a perfect star is because I have never had an issue until today. All the other times I have had great service, however Simone G. Was not very nice today. I asked about 3 different types of flower that we had seen before we came in on weedmaps. They didn't have those in stock. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to check weedmaps before I go in. I told her we did, she then proceeded to tell me I was looking at the wrong location. I said no, it was definitely this location. She then started to look it up herself and someone else came over and informed her that they are listed on weedmaps, however weed maps is messed up and showing items they dont have. I dont have an issue with the mistake, I have an issue with how she spoke to me. She didn't need to tell me what to do then tell me I was wrong when I wasn't wrong. When I go back I will let someone else go in front of me so I dont have to go to her.

Great location for me and the staff is awesome. very informative and knowledgeable. The quality of the products are top notch! I've been a customer at Reef for quite awhile now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

This location has very professional Budtenders 4 the elderly. Not just knowledge, but patience. KAY,a nice young Lady helped me understand my options. Her kindness encouraged me to purchase some new items, and that worked out well for me. It was very late, yet she was quite pleasent. P.S. Security also great.

Nearly everything about the experience was pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about there product. They have excellent quality products at a very competitive pricing point. They also have a lot that would normally be somewhat difficult to procure. It was relatively quick without feeling rushed and the staff were able to answer all my questions. The only drawback was how crowded it was, however I'm sure this will remedy itself in time.

It was my first time in a dispensary wasn't really sure what to do and they made the process extremely easy and comfortable. Not only is the customer service on point but the prices are right literally down the street people are charging twice as much... keeping medicine priced right lets me know that they actually care about their patients getting what they need!

I love it. The staff is awesome. From Brian's friendly greeting at the door to Britt's super easy and knowledgeable explanation of the meds offered. If you can get there while they have Lamb's Breath prerolls, I suggest you pick up a few, cuzz they don't last!

I ordered at 730am 2 grams of wax. I arrived at 810 to pick it to be told 1) it hadn’t been put together and 2) they were out of one of the things I ordered. How do you not have an accurate menu to start your days business? Why say my order is ready for pick up if it’s not? I was in a hurry and I didn’t leave for at least 10 minutes due to the completely unprofessional atmosphere. If they didn’t have decent deals, I would never shop here.

bought some bud and some crumble the wife wanted some shatter. The Shatter was a Huge Mistake! did it come folded in Parchmen? No! It came in the same type jar that they store and sell Crumble, Bladder, Budder ect. putting Shatter in a Glass Jar is not the way to go there was so much lost due to it sticking to the jar and good luck getting it out. end part 1

Love love love this dispensary it’s my favorite and I won’t go anywhere else because they never disappoint and they have amazing deals on cartridges every day of the week. I always get a hybrid or indica strand and I’m always happy with what I choose. Best dispensary hands 🙌🏾 down
