I went to bloom during a busy time and I forgot I needed to add on some edibles and they helped me I have to say the associate "Heart" (I believe his name is sorry im hard of hearing) was amazing and made me feel so welcome he was very helpful and he is a great worker he knows what he is doing! Most of the time the customer service here is awesome. Occasionally you’ll get somebody who does not want to assist you specially when the online ordering service doesn’t work. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. So if Customer Service is what you’re looking for you will get it at this Bloom. Generally the products are pretty good, but there has been a few times I’ve been disappointed.
