I went to bloom during a busy time and I forgot I needed to add on some edibles and they helped me I have to say the associate "Heart" (I believe his name is sorry im hard of hearing) was amazing and made me feel so welcome he was very helpful and he is a great worker he knows what he is doing! Good quality service however the Echo Konnoisseur Kandy was a huge disappointment I can see why they were getting rid of 1/8 for 20....the sample they let you smell is nothing like what you get

Disorganized. Worst set up I’ve seen out of all the dispensary’s I’ve been to. Long wait. One room to check in. Another room to select them u got to go to another room to pay? Good grief. Took people before me that came in after me. shay made up for it she could tel I was irritated and I got a free preroll which was nice but I will never again waste my time or spend my money here.
