I would have to say that this is one of the nicer dispensaries to get your medication in the West Valley / Peoria, the staff is knowledgeable with great recommendations and their medicine is above and beyond in my opinion I would recommend it to anybody

Bloom is AMAZING. The employees are incredibly helpful, and make you feel at ease when you're there. It's bright, clean, and inviting. Even the security guard is nice! Great product, though I do have to admit, the last time I went, the flower was VERY dry. Maybe it was a bit old, but I don't notice any difference. Besides that, it's becoming my regular place to buy. I highly recommend Bloom!

I used to LOVE this dispensary....but in the last several months, the Echo flower has been extremely limited. I would like to see more availability on the Echo flower strains as I do not have good luck with the Bloom brand helping my migraines. I used to be able to go in on Wednesday and get enough of the Echo eights that I could participate in the daily deal of by 2 get 1 free. However the last few Wednesdays I've gone in, they only have 1 strains of Echo and not enough left for me to get a deal. They do not allow you to mix strains on deals. Would like to see MORE inventory on the Echo. I live far by lake pleasant, so its proving to be a waste of my gas every time to drive to the Cactus location. I've tried to call, but again.....they never have enough stock on the Echo and they will tell me 3 strains are available, but when I get there, only 2 are left. Very disappointing.

Most of the time the customer service here is awesome. Occasionally you’ll get somebody who does not want to assist you specially when the online ordering service doesn’t work. You are always greeted with a friendly smile. So if Customer Service is what you’re looking for you will get it at this Bloom. Generally the products are pretty good, but there has been a few times I’ve been disappointed.

Even though recreational is crazy the entire team is doing really well to try to get people through as quickly and as efficiently as possible, I was budtended by James And I had the pleasure of speaking with Angel While being consulted they both knew exactly what I needed and were able to help me find something that fit my needs definitely coming back Big thanks to the whole staff 🙌🏼🙌🏼
