Customer Service and atmosphere are great things butttt let's be honest... we don't go for that as much as we do for the meds to help us feel better. The last couple strains I have gotten from here, I feel like I have paid for batches of sticks and stems and the meds are soooo dry :-( I don't have money to throw away, my body hurts... I didn't want to make tea ya'll... #lessstemsmoremeds please!! Hopefully next time will be better!

Was not told the difference between online order and express order. Not sure how people that came in behind me got out faster than my order that is already bagged and ready to go. The bad the “expense order” line cut two times. Was not happy with my experience & I expressed how I felt to a staff member. No care

My experience; I put my order in online. Got there and waited in line for 45 minutes. Got to the window and was told they would not honor my order because the website was wrong and it wasn't on sale. I showed them their own website on my phone and they still refused to honor their own sale. I canceled my order and will never shop there again. This was my first and last time going there.

This place is amazing with great price and staff. Only downside is you have to hunt for strains that aren’t dried up. Possibly invest in a humidifier, Bloom?

I went in for two live resin cartridges. First time patient. And they gave me two elite carts. And they don't even want to exchange them. Place sucks

Front counter guy was cool. Dude in the back was a dickhead. He wouldn’t change out my popcorn 8th for a different one of the same strain for bigger nugs. His reasoning “it would mess our inventory up” clearly bogus as hell and it was an exchange for the exact same strain. Just wanted different nugs. Prolly won’t come back here

When buying the 1/8 jars watch out!!! I have been ripped off twice! The seals were broken. I reported it last month but it happened again today. Employees are stealing bad!!! Maybe they don’t care.

i came in to order their 8 for $99 deal. i called ahead to make sure they had enough and they assured they did. by the time i ordered and my 'product' got to me they 'ran out' and couldnt substitute anything for me and i was stuck getting product that wasnt useful to me. i loved this place before this experience. hopefully next time it'll be different.

I waited for 20 minutes in line for my online order to be filled. Only to become the very next in line and have the door shut on my face at EXACTLY 9o'clock regardless of the order status. I used to be a frequent. Now I stand in the parking lot without my medication. THANKS BLOOM! You have stolen ENOUGH of my money as of now! 🖕

The location is great, nice clean set up. Was very disappointed with their bloom branded weed. Poorly trimmed and it had seeds 🤮 Sorry in 2019 no good quality weed should have seeds. Very unlikely that I return.

Bloom is the place where the security guard never leaves you alone and keeps asking if you know where you're going and comments on how fast you walk and criticizes your choice to stand outside or inside the final doorway. And Bloom is the only place I've ever experienced real discrimination; the security guard said my friend could proceed but I looked suspicious so I had to wait while the security guard stared at me and made me very uncomfortable. My friend and I are not comfortable coming back if we have to get through this guy, better of going elsewhere.

I went in today and had a horrible experience with “James” he advised me to stand by the door when I was at his window. I asked if anyone was going to come through the door because I did not want to get hit with the door and he tells me “I do not know I do not tell the future if you don’t want to stand there he can help you” then pointed to his colleague. His colleague was in just as much shock as me when he said that. I wish I remembered his name but he apologized about James behavior and turned my experience around and I made sure I tipped him. James should be trained on customer service his comment was uncalled for and I am glad I was helped by someone else. I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never experienced this.

I like the atmosphere and ambiance feeling I get every time I visit. And everyone is there to jump in and help you. Greatly appreciate all of the staff. Thanks 😀

Everyone was super helpful withy fist visit here and Valentino was very nice with explaining how things worked ..I recommend Bloom to everyone.
