Lili at the front desk is super friendly and informative and first time patient specials are great. and kip my budtender was knowledge and hooked me up with the flowers.

Was sold a completely empty cartridge, called manager she told me it was no way possible that happened and to drive 40 mins back to show her. Would not recommend, terrible customer service from the management. The bud tenders are very slow and awkward, and again first time in my life received a different brand empty cart until I shopped at BLOOM.
