Bloom is always my first choice because of the quality, price and service. the staff are so friendly! the new decor has definitely stepped up the atmosphere. It's got lots of room now, unlike some where people are left standing because it's so small. They have great daily deals and the points come in handy for free stuff when I'm broke. I love this place.
