i will start off by saying i have been loyal to bloom since around may 13' i have been very happy going to bloom.i refer all my friends there,it saves me 20% and gets them a free 8th.the last three weeks though they have messed up my online order.i have been very patient but honestly feel something is going wrong.i am still waitng for my prerolls which is now 2 weeks so i was upset and cashed out my points,bought a half got some fire spent only 58 bucks after my $75 instant credit for points plus 25% and throw in a free bloom jar!wow,who wouldnt be happy getting a half of some quality meds a free jar and all for less than $60?lets get it back to all about quality bloom because the service is already there!so again your awesome service and taking CARE of us patients is the reason i will keep coming back!!! ~richard m.~ ps i went from unhappy to very pleased after i tried moby's dick,hindu skunk,blackberry kush,chainer all fire!

I just came in to buy two eighths. One was Koolata Peach and the other Golden Goat. Once I came home only one eighths was placed in my bag. When I called the manager said “well our inventory is correct”. Keep in mind I came in around 8:45pm. I was the only one with the cashier. It’s very easy to roll the camera back and see that the cashier did not place both eighths in my bag. I was less than impressed with the manager Phillips handling of the situation when I called. You can keep that eighth Bloom. You lost a great customer who influences many other patients who buy top shelf products.

The people at this location didn't come off as very friendly to me. Especially as a first time visitor, I was disappointed in the service. There isn't much of a point going into the back room because the attendants aren't very helpful. The dispensary is also cash only so it's a pain to be charged to use their Arm. As for the quality of product, it's not bad but I wish they weighed it in front of you. This place lacks personal touch- it feels like get in and get out.

Showed up as a first time visitor. stood for 5 minutes as some guy in front of me rambled on. Sat down, uncertain of the procedure, and a couple other people jumped in front of me. Front service desk did not acknowledge me so I left. won't go back

Ive been here many times and the prices here are hard to beat , alot of times its worth the trip from the north valley!

there are 2 reasons why I will always shop at bloom. first is the price.second is the outstanding service that I receive at bloom from venessa. she is very helpful to me. always has a smile on her face and she is very knowledgeable. and the bud is fantastic.

Not the nicest location on the inside, they could use some remodeling, but the medicine is high quality. They are definitely on the pricier side. The dos vape cartridges are great and the people are awesome and friendly.

This location was fast and easy with friendly and knowledgable staff! Going back again for sure! Tried their Papaya and it was to die for!

I have been to this dispensary on many occasions but today the person checking me out either ignored or didn't hear my first request to add a soda. And then she cashed up and told me if I wanted that I would have to go to the back of the line. REALLY. It's the first time I've been treated like trash and I do not expect it to happen again.

This location is has horrible customer service! They can never tell you your allotment and the only place I know that asks for both your if and medical card. This place is ridiculous and you have to show your cars so many times and they never have any good products! I will not be going back anytime soon and recommend anyone reading this to stay away!!!!!!!!
