not going to disclose the name of the female who helped me but as a first-time patient you would normally expect to be talk to little bit asked if you'd like some information, you know the normal welcoming stuff. she was more of a what can I get you I'm trying to get you out of here as quick as possible. Grandin when you get off of work at 9 and you're headed home you tend to not look like you're going out on the town but I would still expect as a patient to be treated like I'm wanted in the facility. she was helpful when I ask her questions but I had to ask for my change after having to ask if there is a welcoming gift for being a first-time patient. the thing is, when you don't feel welcome and you really don't want to spend your money

I love Reef Dispensary! I love the fact they have $5 one gram prerolls. I’ve been twice and all of the bud tenders I’ve had have been friendly and knowledgeable. The girl jasmine I saw last time was very sweet. I’ll definitely be going back!

Evening Fellow Reefers! Andres, your fellow bud tender... If your scrolling through reviews trying to see what’s good right now I would like to personally recommend ANYTHING Tryke BLACKWATER. It’s been the best thing in my personal opinion to match the infamous Wizard Dick! I’d even put it up against a Sweet batch of Jupiter OG!

this place was very clean and up to date huge waiting room,very friendly right from when you walk in the door..excellent first time patient deals,got the exotic weed kalifa kush at 26 percent thc and it came in its own glass container thats says kalifa kush in gold on the out side,and the buds are so white with crystals,plus 5 doller prerolls that are a full gram cant beat that..will be referring ppl there and definitely going to be a reurn costumer..i beleive the guys name that helped me was iam or ian,very helpful and definitely coming back as a repeat customer!!!

quality of flower is garbage, i wouldn't even buy a $25 8th to blaze a blunt. they have a couple cute girls that work their but other than that i have no reason to return

Great shop, made only greater by the professional and courteous staff. Ira, my bud tender took care of my o.pen issues and rightly recommended a fantastic strain of Ghost OG that was a spot on pick for me. I'll definitely be back!

Not not even cool, I live in gold canyon and was shorted .5, I smoked a little so it was probably more like a gram but hey who's counting. Anyway go in there today for some sort of compensation (I did call day of btw) and all I'm meant with is we shorted you .3 and here's a preroll. now let's think about that 15$ of gas and I was shorted .5 or more. The preroll is only .5 (smallest in the valley) and not a thing else they would do. I mean isn't a free gram worth keeping a customer? Oh well another bad review review for this place, they won't last long when most phoenix dispensery locations have 2000+ plus 5 star review and better prices. Lame don't go!! There new patient special is the only reason anyone goes. Phoenix is worth the drive.

I had a great time at the Reef I am new to the area and a new patient got a great deal on some Jupiter OG and was very pleased with the results. Great service and friendly and attentive staff.
