I enjoy this store so much! It's my regular stop now, great customer service and the product is great.

Reef most recently re-engineered their entire shop to improve flow and customer experience. There's now a check-in receptionist that helps make your arrival smooth along with multiple checkout lines. Very efficient. Staff always appears friendly and the product is good. Veterans receive discounts. Good place.

Service was great considering how busy it was. Ira showed me the way around and made it a simple visit. Good pricing on good meds, a trip well spent. 😀

Only dispensary in Arizona with the official Khalifa Kush. Been smoking it all week very impressed. Drove out the way just to get it and will be making the trip often. Definitely recommend KK

Great Dispensary. Friendly budtenders who are both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful when looking out for your needs. Also you cannot beat their flower pricing.

Going down hill quick. Wowsers Unfortunately I don't feel like waiting for an hour in your lobby. And unfortunately you're not doing express today. Guess I'll go back to my regular shop. Hope you figure out your system isn't working before all your customers do!!

The flowers are high quality even for the 35$ eight which is the only thing not overpriced. Which is average compared to every other dispensary. The tenders weren't willing to answer my questions or not very knowledgable. The biggest complaint is picking up and paying right next to the front door in the lobby where everyone knows how much you are getting and spending. That's dangerous and not very good business. There were 10 people sitting and standing around me while I paid and picked up. It was extremely uncomfortable. However I will unfortunately be back the text specials of 25$ eights is extremely hard to beat.

I was looking for a store open late. I found The Reef, and It was like love at first smoke. I love the location of the shop, and the greeting from the 2 ladies in front (I just cant remember names) were absolutely inviting. I was a first time patient, and gave me the tour with accuracy. I came in on Friday, and there was an 1/8th special happening, ended up paying 1/2, found great pre rolls, and the shop is small, and easy on the eyes. The Bud tenders are super nice, and explain the specials in detail. I got to get in on a "Top Shelf" strain that blew my mind, and changed my whole order just to take advantage. Im definitely coming back, and will probly make this my new "Go To". Thank you Reef.

Drove a long way because I was texted with $25 1/8 special. Got there & although there were 7 or 8 on display for $25, they only had 2 available, 1 of them all CBD. I asked if I could buy grams for the same price & the first excuse i was told they couldn't break up a gram, so I offered to buy 7 grams & she said NO again, with a new excuse. All of the options were in stock, they just didn't get around to bagging yet. WTF is the difference between 7 - 1 gram bags & 2 - 3.5 gram bags? Why piss off a good customer? Why text me with offers & then refuse to honor? Hire smarter workers......

It’s a quick and always easy to use dispensary and probably my favourite to go to.

Nice small dispensary serving the far east valley. Friendly service and usually short wait times if any. Wanted to thank and leave a review after a recent experience.. My vape cartridge stopped working after a few days, due to the battery's magnet mechanism on the Palm/Jupiter brand I was using. It actually pulled a part off of the cartridge and it was stuck in the battery. They informed me of the ongoing problem with that brand of battery, and still replaced my cartridge, along with giving me one of their Tryke brand batteries to use from now on. Thanks to the tender Kyler & manager Justin for the great service and a sensi smile! I honestly was just going in to see if it was possible to fix it, didn't expect them to go that far out of the way to make it right, but they did. Thx again.
