Honestly, the first visit was great. The person who helped me was friendly and informative. I can't remember his name but it started with a "J" and he was a big guy with a shaved head. Again, he was very friendly and welcoming and he took the time to answer my questions and even made some excellent recommendations. Every visit since I've unfortunately had the pleasure of being "helped" by an employee named Barry. Total 180 from the first employee who helped me. I've never felt more like a bother as a patient in my life. This guy is flat-out rude. I use medical marijuana for PTSD and this guy did nothing but exacerbate my symptoms. My experiences were so bad that after the last visit (where I was handed my Meds without so much as an "enjoy, come again," (Nope, nothing. Utter silence and an a snobby glare.)I have decided that I will never go back to Reef again. I had even dropped some money and luckily another patient (and the nice employee who'd helped me on my first visit) pointed it out, because Barry, after wordlessly shoving me my Meds, was out the door but quick. I can't speak for anyone else, but other than my first, all my visits have been pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant. They lost a patient. I will not go there and I would discourage anyone else from goin there as well.

Today was my 3rd time at the Reefer. (My hubby and I call it that, but it's really Reef Dispo) Anyway, today I was helped by another amazing crew member over at Reef. I can't remember his name, i'm so sorry. I even just dug through my garbage can to see if his name was on the receipt but all I got was soggy pizza sauce on my cool Reefer bag. He was super sweet though! Give that boy a raise too! On a serious note though, i'm grateful for Reef. The staff over there is super awesome and they make me feel very comfortable everytime. My husband is a med patient. When he goes, he also has a great experience with awesome customer service. Thank you Reef Dispensaries for helping us get our meds very stress free. We are very grateful for all of your team over there!

I enjoy the wait at reef, it’s usually in and out with friendly service in between. I tend to stop here most for flower and always get a friendly attentive bud tender to assist me in finding which one fits my checklist. Danny and all the other staff here make it easy and pleasant to shop here at the reef in queen creek.

Grower gets pests/mold at week 6. What does he do? Cut his harvest and use it for Clear? Nah, soak the buds in Neem oil and create a new price point to sell double contaminated flower to the unsuspecting patient. Its worth mention because I picked out flower with terps. Yeah i always forget to mention that part.. I wouldn't pick out Neem buds. Im not a moron. So why did I end up with them? Cant wait until other Az patients start taking a stand against this joke monopoly scam market. Buncha fake dirty weed pushers. PS your GG4 isnt GG4. Not even sticky, or rubber, smells like a cookie cross stored in a freezer..

Becoming very disappointed with reef. Because everything is prepackaged, they never seem to have what I want. The menus are NOT updated. For instance, lobby had Gorilla Glue on the menu, but out of stock. Wanted a quarter of Mother OG, but left with 7 -1 gram jars, instead. On my prior visit, wanted 2 half ounces, and ended up with 20 jars. I like the whole jar scene, I feel like I'm visiting an old school dealer, rather than a professional business. The hours are tops, but it adds little value if the meds are limited. When meds are in stock, they are of Superior Quality. The person who referred me never received free preroll. While she didn't ask, she shouldn't have to, if I put it on my paperwork. I'll probably try again, so I'll mark this as Will Return Again. But I won't refer a friend. Availability of what I want could decrease.

Sad as hell, 3 ounces in on the KK in 2 weeks, berner back packs, kk jars, etc, and no nugs, they were all popcorn. I really like the kk thats what makes it sad, that i got ripped off. How can you sell me an ounce and recieve no nugs, 3 times? Again bud is good, but this kk is all popcorn nugs, be aware.

So for quality, in my former neighborhood of Florence, Reef is about all you have to lean on unless you have another source. The security guys were great and I even left really good reviews on Google which I'll keep there. Nothing really changed. The quality of the products I couldn't really grade or compare but I went to The Joint in Phoenix and after smoking for 20 years (maybe a little more), whatever the lady at The Joint gave me knocked me off my feet. So of all the carts I tried from Reef, nothing really spun my wheels. Wasted money in comparison to what I got downtown. For service, everyone was always great. Every once in a while someone isn't in the best mood ever but nothing sticks out. I was always in a good mood, they were there for me, it was as win/win. Atmosphere, when I'd leave, there's so much stuff in the 'lobby" where people are getting in and out of line, I felt like I was about to walk into something. But not at all a bad place to go, but maybe just try the flowers and not the carts? I didn't try any edibles...that's just not a trip I'm willing to take. Cheers.

Best place to shop at I been around the woods and haven't experienced NOTHING like this place very clean everyone is friendly they make you feel at home here shout out to my BOYYY IRVIN! Ask about him he has the FRESHEST CLEANEST BEARD in AZ never disappoints me with his recommendations when it comes to tree and concentrate🔥🔥

Went in for some good deals on concentrates, had a few questions once I found out this location sold dog edibles. Danny was my bud Tender he’d had a similar experience with his family’s own dog. He was very knowledgeable about the dosage for our dog. I always love coming to this location due to the quality of service I get, keep of the exceptional work. Thank you

Horrible customer service. never even notified of them cancelling my order for no reason and then they don’t even try and fulfill it in store.The employee at the pickup counter was unwilling to help and rude as well. Never coming back.

What I didn’t like was the fact that I went in there got 3 pre rolls one of which was black banana x and it didn’t look like a full gram an when that stuff is listed as top shelf u would think they would at least give u a gram that you paid for not a half gram for 9 bucks
