I got a gram of shatter yesterday and it's definitely not nug run, very light taste and not very strong (claimed to be 84.68% thc?) kind of a disappointment for 45 dollars. I'm pretty sure it's trim run shatter just by how brittle and weak it is. I can get this crap for 20 a gram everywhere else. it sort of tastes like cbd wax or vape juice which isn't a good thing. usually gmo has a garlic taste but this only tasted like fruit.

i have been here 3 times for edibles, salve and flower. The edibles are very low in quality. call it an expensive brownie. The salve has 350mg and is zero effective. I had to start making my own, outstanding. I am almost you showed me your true colors. Reef, try mine and see someone who cares. Flower was OK, but nothing great. staff-Have some knowledge of all your products when someone comes in. I hate hearing, "I Don't know" and offers no other followup thx. stop stealing from those who severely need those meds.

This place is a joke. I started going here before they went recreational. They got completely shit on by their med patients due to extremely inflated prices (60%-80% increase) literally overnight. Due to blow back, they then start having flash sales on products to try and justify the insane price increase. At first, they were reasonable and then slowly crept that price back up from $22 for a gram of concentrate to $25 to now $35. lol This place used to charge $25 for a gram of concentrate across the board and $35 for Khalifa Kush. Greedy 🤡's run this place.

Ordered online, quick and easy process. Getting what I ordered however was not. No security at the door made it feel weird from the start. Multiple items I ordered, were not in-stock. Bummer there. More of a bummer was the alternative options that were non-existent. Customer service was meh, when asking about alternatives, and after giving specific info to narrow down the options to replace several of the items that they didn’t have, I was referred to a packet of papers. With zero help from staff I tried to just find a replacement. If I go to a coffee shop and ask for a drink they don’t have, and when asking for an alternate, they refer me to the giant menu and then go, “I don’t really know, like, coffee.” I wouldn’t go there. And that is what it felt like at the dispensary. Might just drive a little further for better flower, flower options, and service. Reef is like a crappy gas station in a rundown area that still sells cheap gas, but it’s diesel and u just want to get out of there as soon as possible. So it is basically like visiting AJ.

Purchased the new Terps cartridge from them and I am very impressed. The old cartridge never worked, but these are a dramatic improvement. Love this place and will definitely be back.

Wow. Where to even begin...this was the worst flower I've ever seen in my ten years of using medical cannabis. I stopped in to Reef tonight at about 9pm on 2/16 to grab a couple of grams of flower to hold me over for the rest of the weekend, and I cannot believe how bad the quality of the products I received was. I purchased a gram of Wifi 43 and OZ Kush each, and both of the labels denoted that they were harvested in June and July of *LAST YEAR*. 2018! I'll repeat that, JUNE AND JULY OF TWO THOUSAND AND EIGHTEEN! That's over EIGHT MONTHS OLD for the older one. The flower was clearly degraded, smelled like an old pair of shoes, tasted about the same, and was completely and totally un-smokeable. I was absolutely stunned and am still failing to find the proper words to describe how bad that is from a quality control and business standpoint. I am familiar with the practices of many dispensaries within the industry in multiple states and I have never in my life seen or heard of a dispensary that would allow anything remotely that old to be sold to paying customers even if it was stored perfectly. To be honest, it's straight up embarrassing and shameful. I immediately went back to the store to inquire about this and from what I could gather this doesn't seem to be a fluke as it was mentioned that grams sometimes sit a little longer than the eighth sizes. Which is fine and expected, but good god...I still cannot believe it even now. The manager on duty was very understanding and offered to replace my product with something fresher but after that experience there was no way I was going to take a chance on something else. If they're willing to let something so important brazenly slip like that, what other issues are going on behind the scenes? Are they using proper and safe techniques in the grow rooms? Are they storing their products safely so mold doesn't become a concern? These questions are valid and should be asked if someone is putting something into their body. One should have *zero* confidence that anything from this store is of any kind of acceptable quality. I am more than happy just eating the cost ($18) and taking my business elsewhere next time. I assume that multiple people saw those labels while packaging it, stocking it, taking inventory, point of sale at the counter, etc. and nobody down that line decided to speak up and say something to the effect of "hey, this product is really, REALLY old, we should probably pull it and not sell this to customers". This should tell you that Tryke/Reef do not care about the quality of their products and therefore should probably be avoided until they start. The Arizona market is becoming extremely competitive with other stores putting out flower that rivals the very best/legendary stores from around the country (and Amsterdam from personal experience) and they will be more happy to take your money and provide you with something that's great, let alone smokeable at all. I apologize if this seems over the top and dramatic but I'm still totally and completely stunned and shocked with the horrible quality of my purchase this evening. I am so disappointed and honestly a little sad that a place with so much promise has fallen to such lows. Especially for someone with many stores in two states, you would think that there would be some standards in place. I sincerely hope that the institutional problems this alludes to get corrected quickly because I want this place to succeed, but they will not survive long as a business if that's the kind of quality that is acceptable to them. I cannot recommend that anyone comes here until there are changes- hopefully before their reputation takes a major hit.

This place has its growing pain first time I was in they had about 8-10 flowers to chose from and they were pricy for not top shelf and then baited everyone back in with two weeks of low price not so good flower and now they say they have a three tier system for their flower and raised their prices and still don't have a top shelf flower.

I've been to Reef in Reno, they had some flame and really had good info in addition to helpful staff. this is by no means the same place. If the quality in service is this different, change your name!!!

never new strains. same strains month after month. their teir system is flawed when trying to mix and match. Their nugs are hit it or miss, the Khalifa smells bomb but youll never find a nug heavier than a .3-.4 larf nug

Hi! Long time Reef patient... I'm done.. really upsetting to one day come to a totally different place.... suddenly there is the longest line ever.. I'm all for gaining business- but when your regular patients are suddenly put on the back burner- it's for sure a buzz kill. They've started carrying Khalifa Kush- (which is NOTHING) to call home about.. so- suddenly my small town dispensary is crammed with everyone..I'm happily shopping elsewhere. Don't waste your time in this line... and thanks for treating a regular.. a never shop elsewhere customer the way you have..... Luckily I used all my 9000 rewards points up. So NO need- to ever come back here. : /. Bye....

Reef has the best medical flower and prices in the entire state of Arizona. That is the only reason I go there. Otherwise, I hate to be curt, but the staff is judgmental and paranoid to a certain degree. They make me uncomfortable every time I am in the facility. This all started when I began to buy more concentrates than flower, and when I stopped smoking flower completely and moved to concentrates, it got so much more pervasive and obvious. Key holders or managers shadow me every time I am in the facility. It is so incredibly obscene that I have considered talking to corporate about it. I had an employee ask TO BUY medical marijuana product off of me, believe it or not. 100% truth real talk. It's so inappropriate, not to mention illegal. If you think you are trying to catch people up in things they are not doing, seriously consider your intentions and methods. Stop judging books by the cover. I have made it clear to the patient consultants that this is going on, they pretend it is not, nothing changes. It is to the point where, if I could, I would never buy medicine there again. The problem is that Reef truly does have the best medical flower in the state, and I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am not sure how to address this in a professional manner and so that personal security and personal information are protected and secure, but this can't happen at a dispensary.

Plenty of parking and plenty of room in lobby w/ restrooms, open late which is nice, but just another mmj retail store tho. Basically, kno what u want and get out kinda place. Overpriced subpar meds.
