Too Much Good Meds

Honestly, I used to love their flower but lately it hasn’t been the freshest and the customer service hasn’t been the best. Please do better.

Horrible customer service. never even notified of them cancelling my order for no reason and then they don’t even try and fulfill it in store.The employee at the pickup counter was unwilling to help and rude as well. Never coming back.

What happened to Darth Vader, and Honey Bear? its been over 2 years But I was here twice a week just for these 2. Now I check in every so often.. Bigger buds Better curing is what is lacking,Is it the fact that you sell more pre-rolls than flower tis why I only see pretty labels with micro buds? The amount of $$ in packaging spent must be HUGE.. put it in a bag and lower your prices to what its worth.. Like buying a car with shinny paint and a blown motor.You can do it REEF.. come on lets see what chas got over there.. You have the location the staff just get them buds to be what we all love ..sticky stinky and size does matter in this discussion. Popcorn buds are bigger than yours.. and in the valley you can get popcorn bud 1/2's for the price of your 1/4's so this is where you need attention.Will be back to check in :)

Becoming very disappointed with reef. Because everything is prepackaged, they never seem to have what I want. The menus are NOT updated. For instance, lobby had Gorilla Glue on the menu, but out of stock. Wanted a quarter of Mother OG, but left with 7 -1 gram jars, instead. On my prior visit, wanted 2 half ounces, and ended up with 20 jars. I like the whole jar scene, I feel like I'm visiting an old school dealer, rather than a professional business. The hours are tops, but it adds little value if the meds are limited. When meds are in stock, they are of Superior Quality. The person who referred me never received free preroll. While she didn't ask, she shouldn't have to, if I put it on my paperwork. I'll probably try again, so I'll mark this as Will Return Again. But I won't refer a friend. Availability of what I want could decrease.

Sad as hell, 3 ounces in on the KK in 2 weeks, berner back packs, kk jars, etc, and no nugs, they were all popcorn. I really like the kk thats what makes it sad, that i got ripped off. How can you sell me an ounce and recieve no nugs, 3 times? Again bud is good, but this kk is all popcorn nugs, be aware.

Staff is amazing.

The Reef Is my favorite dispensary ever. All the budtenders are very helpful and knowledgeable. Kelly is an amazing manager and the Security Guards are amazing as well. Love love love.

I really enjoy comin to this despencery for numerous reasons. 1 the budtenders are always nice,kind & knowledgeable on every product they have. I live in Chandler so I dont mind the drive at all. The Flower & concentrates are🔥AF, great quality products. Oh and best of all NO SALES TAX!👍👌. The best despencery around hands down.

Great Spot. Staff is really good - Impressive selection of strains - at least 12 i think i checked out. Quality of meds I would rate as being as good I see in any dispensary - frosty with tricomes, proper cure, so far what I have tried were very kind to smoke and did the trick for me potency-wise . Big concentrates and edibles selection. Some bad reviews are coming from an anti-dispensary group I noticed that they are organizing bad reviews. I got a much higher-class feeling experience and a better selection of meds at this little spot in Queen Creek than I do at any of the other spots I have visited in Arizona. I have not seen anything as clean and well organized anywhere in Arizona or Colorado. I really cant find anything to complain about other than they do not give their meds away for free (which would be nice). I was able to find some really tasty 420 specials - I scored 2 zips of kind that I actually want to smoke for $10/Gram and a few flavors of single-strain shatter ( CO2) and "crumble" (BHO) that look very clean (and ready for my new 420 e-nail) before hit my limit (which is a really good day in my book). The very nice young lady that helped me said the 420 specials are going to stay in effect for a while after 4/20 so I hoping my purchase limit recovers so I can get back there and try some more flavs. Peace out.

reef dispensary is my goto place. a bit out of the way but well worth the trip. quick check ins & short wait times. the bud tenders are helpful. gotta love the $5 prerolls all high quality. the place is very clean & products very well displayed. always a good experiance. id highly recommend reef dispensary qc to all !!!
