flower was very dry. not much selection. and is pre packaged. im more for the "deli" style. as for the service the lady there hardly knew what she was saying it seemed and was kinda pushy and treated me differently then others (i assume my younger age.) as for the atmosphere it was pretty sketchy. wires hanging about. trying to be to "lowkey". need to open up more!

I'm writing this review in regard to Lori, your manager in the Sedona Arizona Bloom location. You really don't know what a gem you have there. She is the most compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I've come asking many questions of her and she always takes the time she has the most incredible amount of patience. She explains everything to the utmost detail that I need and no extra BS, everything from ratings to how you use this new product that you get weekly. she's a wealth of information and she makes the whole experience worthwhile. without Lori you're a Sedona Arizona store manager it wouldn't be the same experience. This lady goes above and beyond every single day every time I see her or every time I speak to her she's just always going full tilt. you've got yourself one very dedicated manager there and she is so incredible. I just had to tell you what an incredible gem of a person you've employed as a manager in your Bloom location in Sedona Lori is an incredible person. This is coming from just a customer. The entire staff in the Bloom Sedona location is incredible every single one of your employees there really goes out of their way to help all of Bloom's customers. Every customer I've ever seen her interact with all the staff. They go out of their way to help everybody, they explain everything they discuss, sales and upcoming things they're very knowledgeable about. It absolutely sucked, one staff member working the register and very mean staff team in the front,it used to be nice but now i absolutely hate it i wouldn't shop here for the life of me!!! Harvest in cottonwood arizona has nicer staff and more people working the register's and everyone is happy,abd what's with this chat it up crap? What happended to get your weed and get out? This isnt a restaurant

Worst oz ever, little bud bits

It’s gotten a lot better then 3 years ago when I went there, Great Flower Deals, much better looking flower!

I was born in Phoenix but was in Sedona yesterday for my first time ever. I thought what better way to alien hunt, than with some alien OG. Fantastic no-rush service. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into based off of some of their displays. However when I got home I was very pleasantly surprised. great meds even greater views, thank you for helping me achieve such a wonderful day.

I was the 2nd patient served when this establishment opened. I have seen it go through growing pains trying to keep us supplied with quality medication. The quality and selection are both vastly improved. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have no desire to go elsewhere for medication.

Great location but don't ask too many in depth questions about flower their selling because chances are they won't know. I.e. why is double purple urkle? Quality of the meds are ok. They need a new vender and meds that arent crispy dried out. With all the new taxes, a 55.00 order will cost you a little over 60.00. Just be prepared since they are a cash only facility.

Although overpriced, the staff is very friendly and informative. Doctor next door yo renew. Selection is limited, and expect familiar strains to be poorly grown in comparison to clubs outside of northern az. Few concentrates, but quality was good on the few they carried, especially the caviar. Hey, you are in Sedona, everything is expensive.

The flower here is the cheapest around so I'm always astounded how good the quality is. Be back soon for sure!

Big thumbs up for all the staff at zonacare. They have excellent medicine/edible selection and they have come a long way since they first opened. The knowledge they have shared with me about different medicines have really helped me as a patient. They have an excellent location and I would definitely recommend zonacare in the future.

I visited Zonacare a couple weeks ago on a visit to sedona. Friendly people in a nice location. Meds are good and will return on my next trip!

Update on the OZ of White Buffalo. The effects do not reflect the 20% the. More like 10. I have a headache from smoking this dirt. $140 (they don't include tax) of my hard earned money wasted. I'm really upset Bloom is selling this garbage as medicine. You lost this customer.

Disappointed with today's visit. I waited till Monday to take advantage of the days deal. Come to find out, the $99 ounces do not qualify for Mondays deal. (spend $100 and get a free 1/8th) I found that odd as the last 2 ounces from 2 previous visits I purchased on Monday's qualified me for the daily deal. I even showed the budtender my receipt from my last visit. She would not honor Mondays deal. I waited till Monday to take advantage of the daily deal. Harvest of Cottonwood is closer to me as I live in Camp Verde. I stopped going to Harvest of actions like this. Nirvana Center in Prescott Valley is the same distance as Bloom in Sedona from me and I chose Bloom instead only to be dissapointed. At least I had acquired 600+ points at Bloom. But sadly they were out of Crumble that I enjoy. I ended up with something I really dont like. A candy bar. Would have been nice to have honored the Daily Deal to me as I showed proof I was given this deal before with purchasing the ounce. I think I will be visiting Prescott Valley from here on out.

to everyone who shopping at bloom just be careful with their prices and their day deals .check your receipt for mistake like how much of a discount is being applied just check your receipt before you leave the store thank you

Very nice location, I felt it was more low key than the others in the Valley. Very nice and informed tenders. They also gave me 1/2 of that I was not expecting it being the only one in town. I will be back as we travel up this way often. Thank you Bloom Sedona

This small local dispensary keeps getting better and better! They employ experienced cultivators and every strain is grown locally and organically.

This location is easy to find, and has a great, quick staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right product for our medical needs!

I got burned again!! Dried out as if it had been rehydrated..... When will you guys learn to stop prepackaging things and use vacuum seal jars so the buds can actually cure instead of drying out ???

Been visiting Zonacare/bloom for a while now and I have to say from a local POV they are doing a great job.
