second time at this location and I can say that the prices are right on point and so is the medicine, I don't like the pre packaged herb because it's always dried out harsh to smoke. but other than that all I would recommend is that bud tender be more engaged and positive. he just stared at his phone the entire time and could care less of what I wanted or didn't even engage throughout the whole process

We stopped here on our way back to the valley and I am so pleased that we did! $35 eighths?! I couldn't believe it - so I had to stop in and check it out for myslef. Plus, as a first time customer, I got 50% off! Their prices are INSANE and I can't wait to try Bloom Phoenix! I got Dr. Who and the flowers were pretty dried out - but the effects were definitely strong.

I finally got the lady that works here for a budtender, she is very knowledgeable and has obviously shared that with the others that work here. it is a little bit more of a drive for me than other places but I like the people and the prices.

I would say the only thing that really was bad was their employee named Hailey. She has an awful attitude and dosent want to answer peoples questions. Clearly this isnt the place for her. Sad that this can impact the business by deterring people

Bloom has improved tremendously since I first went almost two years ago. Some 8ths are better looking than others but the quality was consistent. (It all goes in the shredder) The prices and daily deals are saaweet! It’s worth the cruise.

As a first time patient I was a bit nervous but the atmosphere at bloom was great. Very relaxed , bud tender Kyle was very friendly and patient , answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice. I’ve been back again since my first visit with the same experience, the bloom flower does seem a bit drier then other competitors locally BUT it did smoke just fine and made me feel great, So take it for what it is. Location is nice and out of the way with plenty of parking , no crazy security check points and pat downs like other local dispensaries did when i I visited , at bloom i was in and out in 5 minutes even on my first time when the lobby was full

When I first got my card I didn't really even go to bloom but this last 1.5/2 years I've only went there unless I was in the Phoenix then I'd go to any one that was closest to my location I've learned my lesson... I will find a bloom down in Phoenix area if I'm there now with the Sedona Bloom I love each and everyone of the employees there they've always made me feel welcome and they know there product... I hope if I ever go to another bloom they make me feel just as wanted Thank you bloom team

The lady that waited on me was exceptional. Although they did not have what I ordered. Well, they had them brand, but not the amount of THC that they advertised.

I love Sedona Bloom I rather this particular location. It's always clean there always someone to greet you . Quality of bud is righteousness. The bud tenders here are always on point! Always know their information on different types of strains, absolutely love this spot!
