The people know their stuff and are nice and helpful, the flower is nice, although usually a little bit dry, no problem with a little savvy.

seemed like a real kewl place, im concentrate guy and had lots of variety and price ranges, my tender Ryan was superb. plan on being back more with more excellent reviews.

Very low testing medications all strains i smelt smelled the same. Came in twice and couldn't even make up my mind and left. They need to get better quality medication and step there game up! I will never come back agine. Not to mention I'm a first the patient and they charged me for a bag. Told me I get a free 8th and they had nothing that was even worth smoking. Told me I can pick a gram from the top shelf for free and then told me they didn't get any top shelf I'm grams I have to buy an 8th! It made no sence and feel the guys there had no clue what they were doing. Don't go here it's a big waste of gas time and energy

Reef has excellent customer service and fantastic products, they have quality pre-rolls at a very good price and they have a great selection!

This Location is AWESOME!!! Super nice staff, i was even offered bottled water and Donuts... i also felt a sense of belonging and not rushed like some other Stores. .. I felt like all my needs were met and i appreciate staff member Ryan for taking time out to give me a tour of the store and its products. Great Place to Shop!

Feels like a strip mall. not a lot of difference from top to bottom shelf besides massive price jumps. 70$ for 1/8th no way. Went with a good 35$ eighth... buyers beware. This place is OK but top shelf is way overpriced. that stuff should be setting world records at those prices!

This place is great! From the friendly customer service to the low prices and great selection; it's the ONLY place to go in the Reno/Sparks area!

Been here a few times and every time I come in I am greeted and helped out as soon as possible. Service is great. Workers are very friendly, easy going, and helpful. They have Quality Buds but also have great merchandise for people on a budget. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Upon entering for the first time, I was promptly greeted with friendly faces . I observed the spacious and ever so clean patient waiting area. It was very accommodating with tv screens , magazines and product information. The staff was wonderful, and the bud tenders are extremely talented and knowledgeable. got a selection of flowers from 5 of their strains. first the bad then the good: there were no amounts above an 1/8 pre packed, they combined 1/8's to make a larger quantity. most of them were packed with small flowers. all but two of nine packages were not properly cured and smelled green (like immature weed while its growing). only one of the strains smelled and looked right, all of the others smelled the same: grassy/green/chlorophyll. Buds were far to dry which seems to be a common problem among the nevada producers/dispensaries. Well laid out display areas for all the products. example buds were good looking, smelled right, and appeared to be of top quality. Friendly staff, nice helpful atmosphere. The one strain that was cured right was an excellent smoke. prices are mostly decent. would have been a 5 star visit but the badly cured buds and misrepresentation given by the samples when compared to their packaged counterparts brings it down to 2 star.

reef is the only dispensary i go to. workers their are always helpful when i ask certain questions about the produce im about to buy. never fails me with their produces.

location is great you can only turn right off glendale to get in so thats a bummer but they are legit AF, best buds in town ive tried all the rec stores in reno and reef puts them to shame. im only shopping here from now on.

I love this place and the budtenders are all awesome... They always answer any question I have and in a timely manner and they are always quick to help me with deciding which would be the best strains to get for the money... They have pretty good deals... The palce is just overall awesome...
