This is my favorite place. Close to home. Great prices. Wonderful selection. The bud tenders are all very personal. All of them know what I prefer. I have to name them all because I don’t want to leave anyone out. Will has been my bud tender the last few times I have been there. He remembers what I got the last time I was there and when I try something new he will always ask me how I liked it. I give him a five star rating. I have to admit once in awhile I do cheat on you Reef but I only go to this other one when they have a good deal. Reef is my favorite and I go there 99% of the time. You have improved very very much since you have opened.

Quick and Easy process. Quality product at good price. Juliza was very helpful and informative about products currently on sale and product that would be beneficial for me! The only reason I gave the Atmosphere 4stars is because I'm not comfortable with people standing behind me.

Originally a local but visiting from out of state and I think they have good prices, deals and nice location. Ju-Ju helped me out and she’s an awesome budtentender! :)

What a positive experience! A great selection (for my needs anyway, not the type of person who has to go to the biggest, most varied stocked-up store in town) I’m more about the service then the prices, selection, or atmosphere. It doesn’t need to look like an Apple store. I happened to show up as there was one open tender, so the wait was nil. I was greeted cheerily and with a smile by a tender named Shawn. He had an apparent will to help, and take the time to explain the menu and it’s format, the current specials, and any other questions I had about batteries etc. very helpful and will probably only deal with this gentleman going forth if possible. Service was top notch. And again, that is why my rating is so high. Everyone I have talked to about this location pre and post my visit have said it sucked and told me how terrible it was. I tend to disagree! But just my opinion. One thing that was a bit of a negative is that is was very busy so in turn it was very loud, as it is not a very big area. I didn’t have a problem, but I feel the older generation might have a problem communicating because everyone was on the verge of shouting. It was kinda nuts when I think about it. That stuff just doesn’t really bother me. The other negative kind of goes hand in hand with the first one, in that it was very busy and crowded, and the tenders’ cash registers are spaced very closely together. So you are standing almost shoulder to shoulder with whoever is ordering to your left and right. So privacy is kind of an issue if you like it a bit more discreet, or even just a bit more personal space. Again, didn’t bother me, just something I noticed. So, if you like good service, a decent selection, and more than fair prices head on over to Reef in Sun Valley. If you like bigger, spacier, more modern looking stores with huuuge selections, or are a person who likes to speak not shout to the person helping them, and enjoys their space and privacy at the same time, I would still stop in, just be wary is all! I will be back, that is for sure! All in all it felt like less of a medical facility and more of just a chill convenient place to drop in. Heck, I mean even the bags are friggin sweet! Cooler than anywhere else I’ve been. And they give you free stuff for writing reviews, I mean c’mon!

Friendly environment with staff that know what they are talking about. Definitely one of my favorite dispensaries to go to in sun valley. A+++++++

I come here from Reno on occasion, as well as the Reno Location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. On occasion, Reef beats SS on price but usually it is the other way around. Their flower has been hit or miss for me and their menu does not seem to change that often (I am always eager to try new strains). It is still in my top 3 dispensaries (out of five in town). The 10% senior discount and daily specials are appreciated, as was the free 1/8 flower on my initial visit!.

monica is a really nice budtender. I would recommend this place.

I had an amazing time!!! I always receive great service from this dispensary and all the employees are very knowledgeable! Today especially, a worker named Jelli was super helpful with helping me choose which strains I wanted and even put me onto some new stuff that is honestly blowing my expectations out of the water, so shoutout to her, definitely an amazing budtender! Overall, this is one of the best dispensaries I have ever been to and I will forsure be coming back!

On the leafy web page, u advertise 29.25% the. How ever what u gave me said it was only 20.%, not happy with that. I wouldn't have bought it. It hasn't got me the high I was looking for.

I ordered two things the first thing was an eighth of refined taste and it was advertised at 38% THC and when I got it it was only 19.43% THC the other one that I got was Mandarin love and it was supposed to be 35% THC and it was actually only 18.78% THC. and I'm assuming with that low THC I probably won't get the high I'm looking for. the refined taste ate tasted pretty good but it still wasn't what I was trying to get. the Mandarin love was so so but again it wasn't what I was trying to get.

So far every visit to this location has been positive for me, I live a few blocks away so it's my go to but they always seem to have a wide variety of products and everyone there has been friendly and helpful

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ....I bought a cart and went to charge it and ots unresponsive i even called to make sure so im not wasting my time first they say yes they can exchange it then get to sun valley location and the manager amanda was like well i plugged it in and seems ok when I KNOW IT DOESNT WORK OR CHARGE SO NOW WERE STUCK WITH A NON WORKING UNRECHARGEABLE PEN
