I always have a great visit when coming here. I’m helped right away and they have great sales. The customer service is always amazing and Ryan is a great cashier/ representative, but everyone there is amazing. No complaints.

They have an armed guard at the door. Have to show your ID at the door and no one else is allowed in with you. Ridiculous. Guns kill. You're treating people with anxiety issues. When I complained, the manager ridiculed me. Won't go back. Better deals at SAINTS.

The don’t have any product anymore no shake,no half ozs, no 6$ gs & 20$ 8ths, taken off 2 of the weekly deals & put the cartridge deal in their place.

Worst dispensary in Tucson. Employees are sorry, sad, and mad all the time. Get a different job stop putting your self through hell when you don’t care to take care of patients.

Lackadaisical bud-tenders with no knowledge other than 'what people are buying,' pre-packed flowers, no courtesy - no concern for my needs or preferences...I wouldn't be writing this if this wasn't the third (and last) time I've tried them...thumbs down...x3

I walked in today, per the page you order it from showed each strain I purchased with thc content of 20% or higher. I got home and checked the thc content which all were labeled under 20%. I feel as if I was deceived and beyond disappointed.

Just about ruined my 7/10. Security guard shook me down and threatened me when I entered. Jose Gonzalez was either really stoned (like, too high for work by even a weed store standards) or purposely incompetent. the store cleared no less than three times while he tried to complete my very simple order while completely ignoring me. I witnessed the security guard harass other people while other cashiers moved through customers with ease. Also, their concentrates, the Echo line, has seriously declined since rec. The whole place is a garbage hole since the shift to rec. Not worth even shopping deals. Drive up to Mesa, The Good Dispensary. Good people, good prices

I am writing to say it is extremely irritating that I woke up early to stand in line for 1 hr just to make sure I was there for the Black Friday Stiizy deal and come to find out you were sold out days before black Friday. Leaving that deal on your Website days after you are out of stock feels like a Bait amd Switch. I have been in marketing and customer service for 17 years and feel this only is this very unprofessional but goes against business ethics! I would suggest pulling products off the shelves before a big Holiday Sale to ensure you are not advertising sales that are not even available!

LOVE this place! Staff is like family, always makes you feel like your at home. The prices are always the best you can find and the quality is great as well. Best extracts around 2. Consistently always on point. And lastly, they have hands down the best rewards system in town. No one even comes close to it!
