The security guard is awesome. They do a good job of getting you in and out. The last cart I bought though was cloudy and tastes like ass, and trying to call them is nearly impossible. I’ve emailed them so we’ll see what they say.

Visited Bloom as a new recreational user and from the first experience to my last while visiting Bloom Tucson and Sedona were nothing less than Fantastic! Great ordering process and communication before you get there. Once there very helpful and wonderful staff make you feel at home. No rush and all questions answered. Love doing business here. The lines are long and they don't have separate ones for med and rec, but the service was good. I won't be coming g here again though. I got 6g of wax and all 3 that came in cellophane were a disaster. I lost product not being able to scrape everything off, even though I refrigerated them for a bit first. They were soft, grainy and the wax was all over the place, including on the inside of the packages. too much trouble and loss for me.
