I've always loved going to your establishment, always great service, great flower. I drive 168 miles, round trip, just to go, and I pass many dispensary on my way, bit to me it's worth it.

I've been a medical patient for about 2 years now. This is the only place in town that has ever made me feel unwelcomed. They treat me like 2 completely different people based on how I dress. When I'm dressed nice, the budtenders are my best friends, but when I'm not, it's more of a "Shut up &give me your money" vibe.

Outstanding customer service. They helped me find everything I was looking for.

The staff here are very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Martin and Rebecca, in particular, are super dope cashier's 🤙🏼

The only thing that was an issue was the line, other than that I was quite pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity for the price, definitely recommend Bloom for some buds almost as frosty as other places that charge more

I am tremendously disappointed with the changes made since covid, especially the poor attitude of some of their employees. I drive an hour and 20 min to get to this location from my home. today as i was walking in my mask strap broke. the staff refused to serve me without one. i told them how far i drive and what happened to my mask but they kinda shrugged their shoulders like, sorry for you!! it wasn't until i pulled my broken mask from the trash that they offered to give me one. To me that is ridiculous!!! since there is no state mandate rn they could have let it slide or offered me a temo mal before i had to dumpster dive to get my meds. Thanks bloom. I'll be finding a new location. i HIGHLY SUGGEST you all consider the same.

Kinda disappointed that NPS was only 50% off and not buy 1get 1. No free preroll or anything too amazing. But the Budtender was really cool and friendly. She helped with anything I asked. The prices were really good. And the quality of bud is super super good. They look ABSOLUTELY gorgeous & full of sparkly Terps. 👍👍🤤 I'll def be back again. Hopefully when they aren't sold out of kief. lol
