Curaleaf - Lake Worth

I called 3 hours and 20 minutes ahead for a pick up order that wasn't ready. I drove from Miami to this location because I was told the wrong information about my pick up order. I arrived to the store and the clerk could not find my pick up order after 3 hours and 20 minutes of calling it in. Ok, things happen I get it but I was told the product i was getting was at a certain THC level, it was not. So after my order wasn't ready I was sold the wrong product based on information from the person who did not put my order together. Ok, wrong order, order not being ready and after that the manager bald, white gentleman tried to clean it up but it appeared he did not know what to do. Poor customer service, wrong Information and waste of time!!!!

I have been coming to CuraLeaf-Lake Worth for several years. Even through the difficult "Covid" years, the staff and personnel were friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. After a career in Human Resources Management, I can say with confidence that Sonia is everything an employee should be and everything a customer expects. Haley is friendly and cheerful and makes sure you leave with a smile.

Better quality product and knowledgeable team. Friendly relaxing atmosphere even though it's often crowded. Y'all, they have a rewards program! Lots of variety.

Parking was hard, line was long, grateful they have delivery.

This was my first visit and It was a very good experience. Very friendly employees. The flower wasn’t the best I’ve smoked but it definitely did the job.

It’s great except for 2 things.... parking is awful and they need a better internet connection.

Awesome location very friendly staff

The people who work here are nice and the selection is good. This location was insanely busy the Saturday I went in. Call ahead to see if they have what you want in stock, they sell out fast due to high volume of patients.

There’s a lot of dispensaries in Florida, but I only go to one and the reason why is because of the service! The manager there I can’t remember her name. I call her boss lady. I’ve never seen a manager care so Jeff much about her employees and her guest. There is too many great experience to write,it’s very rare to get great service, they really care I always get a smile and they always ask me how can I make your day perfect! This is the dispensary on Dixie in lake worth I guarantee you will leave happy and with a great deal!!!

I have been going to this dispensary for 2 years or more. First of all the deals have made it possible to afford med marijuana but also the staff is really awesome. I have seen Sonia almost everyday for two years. I have had some difficult times even going to the dispensary. Sonia has been kind and so helpful to me. She always has an upbeat attitude and is an asset too Curealeaf. THANKS TO YOU ALL YOU ARE THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!LAKE WORTH ! 1 !
