On the morning of 7/15/2022 Ocala’s curaleaf location Customer service is a 1/10 both my wife and I checked in at front door.. she checked in as a pick up order and I checked in as a walk in order…. We both stood in the lobby unrecognized until an employee came over and ask can they help us.. we both said yes and we both checked in…. Gave him our names and he said hey there you go Ill get you guys called to the register….he went to the back and got her meds that she ordered online while 5 other employees stood and did nothing but talk to each other…..wife called and took cared of now I’m standing in the lobby by myself u til 2 other customers checked in as walk-ins as well and they got called while I was still there waiting …. Like do you not see me standing here??? Do you not see my name on the kiosk your hand while you’re over there talking to each other??? You guys literally skipped over my name and did not acknowledge me standing in the lobby after I already told you I was checked in…… can’t walk in or stand in lobby unless your checked in….so how could I be skipped??? You guys need to get with the program and UP your customer service….. or is it because I was the only black person in there??? I don’t know I don’t want to pull the race card but I felt unrecognized as a patient and a customer I’m very upset I couldn’t get my meds!

The customer service is very good. The flower they offer has recently become much higher in potency than they usually carried. Strains such as Layer Cake and PB Soufflé have been two I have tried recently and I was very impressed. The kief that I have seen listed for sale has been to low in potency, however, often only around 24%. With sales and promotions often going through, they are often a great place to get really good service for some great products at a competitive price.

False advertising. Because they were too busy to fill my online order, the promotion would not be honored.

I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE this place. Since the very first day, over 2 years ago, they have been nothing short of amazing. I am disabled and they literally help me more than they are required! I love everyone ther!

First buy for MM in Florida. So excited to do a short bowl. OMG... The flowers were dry. Brittle dry...I've had old weed before but not in a fresh new buy. Spent $50 for that. Do they have quality control?

This shop is my favorite so far in central Florida. Quality- Large variety of product, though I wish CBD oils/tinctures were offered in smaller portions. But I see new things added to the menu all the time, so perhaps that's coming! During my 4 months at this location, I have purchased a few faulty vape cartridges. I prefer a more reliable product, but I still rate them so highly because of how impressively they've handled it each time. Any other shops I've visited have had kinks, but Curaleaf Ocala has been the best at smoothing theirs out. They've gone above and beyond to correct any issues or inconsistencies, and I always leave happy. Service- I recommend always placing an online order, otherwise, there's a chance you'll be waiting a short while. Walk-in customers typically take their time, shop, ask questions, and staff appears dedicated to providing their undivided attention to the person standing in front of them. They seem very organized & productive. The very longest I've had to wait for a pickup order was 10-15 minutes, but I'm usually in and out within 5 minutes. They carry my favorite strains, and they get steady refills on inventory that become visible online almost immediately. They offer many discounts, deals, a point system, door-busters, text alerts, etc. Always something going on. Atmosphere- Security is the first to greet you once you've entered the welcome room. You must be verified before entering the main area/shop, and you may bring a guest inside following a quick photo and nametag print if you'd like. Security officer is friendly, yet firm. You're aware you've just entered an establishment that takes itself very seriously. Once you're buzzed through to the next room, the staff is casual, approachable, and always friendly. After only visiting a couple times, many were already greeting me by name. They don't appear to be receiving incentive for friendliness the way that some places do. Just a genuinely friendly crew of folks that seem to be passionate about what they do. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely knowledgable about their product. Almost every visit, I have learned something new and helpful regarding cannabis. Recommendations from staff have always been well- informed and helpful, unlike other shops I've visited where staffers made seemingly random (careless) suggestions. I strongly recommend Curaleaf Ocala. My experience with them has been above and beyond that of any other medical cannabis shop. This is the place that can provide an all around superior experience.

My bud-tender Cameron, was awesome! He took time to explain everything to me, being a first timer at Curaleaf. He went above and beyond to answer all my MANY questions with a great attitude and a smile, even through his mask! He gave great suggestions and also helped me with my birthday discount! Everyone was friendly and helpful! The products I bought are very effective and the price was right! I will definitely be coming back! I should have done it sooner!

Mostly had good service , gonna have hiccups with high turnover as they do. I’d rather give them 4.65 than a 4. My main problem has been this weekend where I can’t place orders at any dispensary and trying to find a human contact for logging in issues in nonexistent unless you Fill in the blank of your life page or two ? I can’t remember. Johnboy

I never got to visit. I called and ordered a eighth. They tried to call me back and tell me they didn’t have it after all, and had two other lesser quality strains to choose from. I canceled my order. If I have to call my orders in right now, I would really like to know that what I asked for and picked out is actually there. While I’m on the phone the first time. It’s super frustrating. I love this place and will probably forgive them. I real time POS system would probably fix all this for all places. Js

Great service provided by Amy S. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the “first-time” buying experience a comfortable one. She took her time and made great recommendations. She went above and beyond. I will be back.
