Deep Roots Harvest - Mesquite

From start to finish, my experience at Deep Roots Harvest Mesquite is always 5/5. The security team is fun and friendly and the budtenders are knowledgeable and helpful. DRH always has great specials and quality products. I highly recommend this dispensary.

It is well lit weed picture all around . Only problem we smoke vapor cartridges but they run out when I have been there (4) visits some of thee sale person has problems.

Just left and thankfully will never have to return to this place again. The employee at the counter was literally the rudest I have ever experienced at a dispensary. Cashier 28443. My phone would upload their menu. He was extremely annoyed by my questions because I was unfamiliar with their products. Not sure why he was so triggered but he refused to serve me and said the next cashier will and to get back in line and put my gummies back in the refrigerator after he served my cousin at max limit from their store with a tip. Made me feel awful it was really odd. I just wanted a low dose sleep gummy. I’m sorry I supported a place like this with so many helpful options these days. So many products are available it’s impossible for someone to know all of them without a menu to look at.

The taffy chews are a great product! It's tasty, works faster than the gummies do. Only 1 stars due to the packaging, defectiv, over priced items, & minimal knowledge. Too hard to get product out of the little plastic squares. You have to be strong enough to tear it apart, or use scissors to cut it out just to suck the taffy off of the packaging. Also, the vape only works part of the time. The tenders/cashier's/employees have NO idea about strains or offer any help for people with medical issues that need help knowing which is best for them. They just expect you to know exactly what you want so they can get you out of the store and move on. The gummies are often hard, stale,not mixed completely (I got chunks of a rubber, chewy thing), the container is too hard to pinch open. You better not have arthritis, hand problems, or coordination issues. We purchased 2 vape cartridges and both broke with full tanks!! WTH??? NO returns, NO fixing, and NO exchanges. NO go!
