Egotistical, demeaning doorman. Very belittling, cocky way of speaking. I called in order yesterday, was immediately placed on hold for about 4 mins, then just silence after I gave her my information, I had to ask if she was still there. I went to pick it up and no one let me in the locked door, within their business hours, so I assumed they closed and I left. I called in the order again today, provided my ID to the doorman and proceeded to take a step in while he asked if it was ordered ahead. He puts his arm up and says "slow down, I didn't tell you to come in, I asked you if you are here for pickup". Doesn't sound bad, unless you're there and hear his tone/energy. I then go to pick up counter and a hand grabs my ID, doesn't say anything and then says your order didn't come through, we will que you and walked away. I walk to the other window and there are 2 or 3 employees behind it talking, don't acknowledge me, I don't even understand what I'm supposed to do. Doorman comes again, and asks me if I need help. I begin to explain my experience so far and that I am not even here for me, this order is for a cancer patient who lives with me, he interrupts me to tell me they weren't closed yesterday and that the door remains locked, he has to let you in, I say "hold on" because he interjected while I was speaking, I finish explaining and he tells me "well if you listen is the only way you're gonna learn". Seriously? YOU interrupted me! And multiple times! How about some understanding that I'm purchasing this for a terminal cancer patient, some empathy and acknowledgement that I don't know your process here. He was so demeaning in the way he spoke to me and had this ego like he's so big because he is a doorman at a dispensary. Dream big man! Then, I'm still waiting and getting attacked by flies and so I start pacing around. I stand about 2 feet front of the first window again (there's only one other customer who was waiting already), he goes in front of me to the right, then starts walking toward and around me, takes a step back to face me and tells me I can sit down. I said "I'm good". He then says "Well I don't want you standing here and get in your way". I'm literally standing in an open lobby, plenty of room all around me. I'm also a 100lb short girl, I don't take up alot of space. I also add that detail to say, clearly not a threat, simply trying to get some treatment for a family member with cancer. There was no need for him to act all big and mighty and demean me with every interaction. I won't come here again. Dispensaries are literally on every corner. The guy made me feel so belittled, small. I am out of my element in this place, I'm just trying to help a family member who is terminally ill and he just wanted to be authoritative, lacking customer service and demean me.

I live on the far west side of town and I pass by 5 other dispensaries to get to Desert Bloom. They never pre-package their bud. You can still buy a dollar amount.

Desert Bloom has the cleanest medical mj. in Pima Cty. The quality of his meds are awesome. The budtenders are very knowledgeable which is sometimes hard to find. You can ask them about different things and they can tell you their personal favorites and why, for such and such ailments etc. etc.. The Infusion grape soda is awesome, it's a very grape experience which was totally awesome both on my bday and yesterday as well. The flower is not prepackaged and it is clean tasting. There is so many choices and don't worry ftp is every yr. not just once and done. They have some awesome deals early in the morning. I've seen this place 1st start out and is still here providing Tucson and beyond and I've always been asked where I recommend patients with all ailments to Desert Bloom. You guys rock keep doing what your doing 365 days a week!! And thanks for supporting grow rights 😊

I love this place! Definitely one of the Top 3 Dispensaries in Tucson in my opinion. Very knowledgeable staff that are easy to talk to and very helpful. The place looks awesome and has such a welcoming vibe to it!

cmon man....nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. they shorted me 0.5 grams on a 1/8 multiple times. the security guard smells like a bum. and they dont give people renewing cards the 1st time patient special
