Today Lucas helped me and was very helpful but I've had the pleasure of having all employees wait on me and the customer service is what keeps bringing me back. Two 👍 up

Ive been in a few times now ive loved everything ive gotten untill lastnight thier pre rolls are amazing but i tried the de terra naturals GMO it was cheap and new so why not? Oooooo hunny nooo it was ground to almost powder and packed so tight couldnt get a puff off it broke it open to smoke in a bowl got three big woody stems in it soo lesson learned ill be sticking to the diamond prerolls from now on over all love this place just skip the de terra naturals☺

It seems like the quality of the product has changed over the past few months. Less strands with high THC content. Mis Mark THC percentage. The display card will be read one THC amount where the package reads another. Wouldn't recommend for a serious smoker.

Oh my gosh! What a great phenomenal experience coming to Diamond Cannabis. Hector is a tremendous help finding the right product for you. He has so much useful information to help you understand the different products that they offer in this store. I feel like I’ve never had budtender explain the science behind the different components to THC, CBG, CDN. He is nothing less than amazing. The staff here go above and beyond to help you find what works best for your needs. I will be coming back for years to come! So impressed.

MOST EXPENSIVE FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT AND LOWER QUALITY PRODUCT. GUESSING CAUSE ITS DOWNTOWN? They sell bunk weed and they use vials to show it as if it is some premium experience. They have so so product in general. Prices are near double of what other shop sell the same product and brands for! No joke!

First off I love ❤️ diamond cannabis it’s my shop. I also normally have a great time learning and hanging out with your budtenders.But today was a bad experience for me. I was greeted and then lazily guided around the shop with absolutely no enthusiasm. I am normally treated with the upmost friendliness and consideration but your new guy RG needs to go. His attitude sucked still love you Diamond.

Love this downtown location. Very boutiquey vibes with a Tiffany blue interior and frosted glass. The birthday cake and dosidos strains are fire. I had to dock one point from the quality section because I am a concentrate lover. Get that shelf stocked to the max 😉😉😉 and I will throw up the 5 ⭐️

I have been going to Diamond since they opened in the very beginning before it became recreational. OK. Their product is clean and awesome. Customer service is amazing. And I would recommend them to anybody. I can’t say enough good stuff about them. I won’t go anywhere else!
