I like the deals on the cartridges and the friendliness when entering the dispensary.

I like their selection and they always have quality herb and great customer service.

The people are friendly and I like that they know what the sell. I tell them what I want and their recommendations are pretty close to dead-on. I dont care for changing the daily special. but thats just whatever. I go back because they dump employees with bad attitudes. We expect good service every time.

Not a fan of the layout. Prices are just meh. Nothing special.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Right by my work and they always have good deals. The only thing I REALLY have an issue with is not getting alerts for my orders. I have waited literally all day to get the email that my order is ready, never get one, but when I call the store or go in it’s always, “yeah, it’s been ready!” Yet, right after I pick up, I get the alert that my order has been picked up. Other than that annoying thing, I love this dispensary. It’s clean, well lit, lots of selection and it’s in my top 3 favorite dispensaries around town.

Long Time Seasoned Customer - I really like the staff and respect their opinions of the staff, which was my primary reason for being a constant customer for over 3 years. HOWEVER: Totally Dismayed that all VA, Seniors, Friends, discounts have been ELIMINATED. I get the feeling they are intentionally attempting to drive down their business to make filing for Bankruptcy easier to justify. Also explains why they have increasingly become short of staff. Sad to say better deals and staffing available elsewhere these days…. - Gus
