Always a great experience with the staff. Every staff member even officer at the check in widow are always very nice,polite, respectful and super cool. I appreciate everyone of them for their service very much. My favorite place to go to. Thank you all very much!

Absolutely adore this dispensary! They always so nice — the staff feels like family and they never make me feel bad about not knowing or asking the same questions! The inventory is really solid and they’re always open to adding strains to their inventory! I love that! Love them!

I can't say the quality is good because I couldn't get what I ordered. I could understand if someone just bought it. But that's not what happened. The lady told me that ya that's a glitch on the website. So a known issue. Then why when I order on and it was saying your order is being packed up, why wasn't I messaged.

This dispensary gives by far the best customer service in this area. I never am rushed in or out of the building. The staff even knows me by face if not by name!!!!

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today. I like them better than other dispensaries in the area I’ve tried. 20% off for new patients, a goodie bag, nice staff, good selection of products even though some things were out of stock. Crystal was very friendly and helpful with helping us pick products. Would recommend and will go back

Love the laid back atmosphere! I always feel welcomed and the customer service is always quick and efficient. Melissa is amazing and is always a big help with making sure I choose the best strain that works for me. All the staff listens and does not rush you out the door! I am a regular & it is my go to dispensary always.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and people who helped me today! I am satisfied with 2 of my products but not really one... it does not really seem to be hitting (disposable cart) and I just got it today... its my first time there so kinda disappointed with that...

Pleasant experience at Dispensary Works. Short wait until called to the back. One of my selections was out however a great substitute was available. Fantastic discounts at the counter. Pleasant customer service.
