Down to The Roots

I have traveled to many dispos in Vermont and this one was pretty disappointing. Walked in after getting Id scanned and atmosphere was very quiet and rather awkward. No menus on the wall and the “menu” was couple pieces of paper that looked like an excel spreadsheet written in size 8 text. Could barely read it and was not organized in a way that makes it clear for the consumer. I actually had to ask for the menu after wandering around looking and the dude just slid it across the counter. Not helpful at all and honestly made me pretty uncomfortable. Def think they need to work on customer service and upgrading the way the display the menu.. otherwise the products I purchased were fresh, much more expensive than most dispos around here but good products.

Excellent service, products are great, and selection is vast. You will find something that will satisfy any itch you may have.
