They're not there to upsell you or sell you product you're not interested in. Honest, quality bud at great price point! I recommend this spot more than any other in Bend! Customer service and selection is a must-see!

I have been to many dispensaries all around Oregon and I can say with confidence that Dr. Jolly's is amongst the best the state has to offer. The staff at Dr. Jolly's is very friendly and knowledgeable about their amazing selection of flower, extractions, topicals, and edibles. I came to Dr. Jolly's with many questions about their items, and Steve talked to me for over 30 minutes about what would best suit my needs. What a guy! Other places in Bend treated me like a customer and wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible while requiring minimum purchases, but not Dr. Jolly's!

Steve is the man. My husband says to me..." does Steve says that". Steve is his go to guy. Love this place and Steve. he is la familia

Love this one. Gorgeous selection, very knowledgeable and approachable bud tenders. Steve was our bud tender on two occasions and despite seeing 500 people a week he remembered me and my fiance, which is outstanding customer service. Lot's of kind house strains, and classic names that have been around for years. They have kind of a small building, so sometimes it's a little cramped, but overall, 11 out of 10.

Quality, Organically Cultivated Cannabis is what Dr. Jolly's is all about! I love the bud and the environment as well as the knowledgable staff. Don't let the exterior fool you of this gem!

This is my favorite dispensary of all that I have visited. The atmosphere is great with the store being clean, well lit, and thoughtfully designed. Emma has been my bud tender several times- she is knowledgable and very sweet. Make sure you try her oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! They are amazing. ☺️

Very knowledgeable budtenders, especially when it comes to medical marijuana. Friendly, helpful, sometimes a wait to get in, but they have one budtender per customer. Medical is to the left and rec is to the right, so it's easier to focus on medicine and not get too sidetracked. They have their own products as well, like taffy and stuff. I don't remember it all. I have and will come back.

I have only been twice, so I can't act as if I have the full picture of how Dr. Jolly's typically is...but these are my impressions so far. On my first visit, the budtender was amazing. He seemed genuinely interested in helping, passionate, respectful, and did not push me or try to upsell. I was thrilled on that visit. My second visit left a little bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The budtender that time would NOT leave me alone to make up my own mind despite me making numerous (very polite) attempts to let him know I wanted to think about my purchases myself. The entire time was spent with him aggressively pushing one strain or another, sticking the jar in my face. It was as if every time he started "suggesting" a strain, he wanted me to simply cave in and go "yeah, that's what I want". He simply could not let me browse on my own and take my time (wasn't even in there long, and was the ONLY customer at the time). He also had a very patronizing and condescending tone througout, and by the ends was making no effort to conceal his shitty attitude, and flat out said something like "Okay, can you make up your mind", with a tone implying that I was somehow wasting his time. It's kind of hard to make a decision when someone is trying to bait you and push product the ENTIRE time. I will have to go in a few more times, because as of now I will assume that that visit was just a fluke. Like I said, my first visit was very much positive. I give the first budtender 5 stars without question, but the second only deserved 1 star IF that. The quality has been very good so far. Prices are a little on the higher side, but not outrageous by any means for the quality.

This location happened to be a few blocks away from the hotel I was staying at when I first got to Bend on Monday. After checking out their menu on here, and after my husband stopped by, I decided to take a peek. It's a little confusing at first because it's in a shopping center and the door is actually on the back of the building, but just keep walking, you won't regret it. Upon entry they have a wide open waiting room with lots of goodies (reading material & gorgeous glass). There was no wait or rush. The budtender immediately let me know they were family owned an operated, huge score in my opinion. I told her I was looking for a nice ADD strain and ended up leaving with an 1/8 of Jack Herer which I'd heard was a fantastic strain for that. It is, btw. Dr. Jolly's has punch cards so you earn awards as you shop and they also have great deals. The only thing I don't like is plastic packaging. My husband picked up some Slymer and it was featured so he got to bring back a lovely glass jar, but they recycle the plastic ones so that makes up for it. They get their inventory lab tested and both percentages and price are listed on each product. This is a lovely dispensary, I will definitely be back.

I loved the Super Silver Haze. My tender was knowledgeable and approachable. There is a reason they are one of the most popular places in town.

DR Jolly's was worth the trip from Portland! From the moment you walk in you're greeted and it sets the tone for the entire experience! my budtender was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I told him it was my first time so he gave me a tour and showed me where to find what I was looking for! Your entire staff was fantastic and friendly! I'd highly recommend this dispensary!

Excellent location! Walking into the dispensary proper is a delight as the set up says fully in it's outlay " we honor our product ( cannabis)" Staff is enjoyable and knowledgeable. No effort finding quality here.

Dr. Jolly's is doing it right in every way. The whole staff was very friendly, the gentleman (beardy,dark hair) who helped me was also very knowledgeable! I'm familiar with your waxes in PDX so it was rad to see the whole shop! So nice in there! Clean, friendly, tons of flower options, everything you would want and need! Lots of products for medical, and the doing a great job of gearing up for rec expansion in a few days! If you're in Bend, definitely a stop that needs to be made! Keep it up Dr. Jolly's! I will definitely be back! 😍

Best house extracts in Oregon hands down. Awesome customer service, knowledgeable and friendliest budtenders in town. By far the best selection of flower, extracts, edibles and topicals in town with constant supply. I can count on every visit to Dr. Jolly's being a great one. It is my favorite go to place for all things cannabis. Their beanies and hoodies rock too and those holiday gift packages were perfect. Keep up the great work jolly crew... "Highly" Recommended. I'll admit I was hesitant to try this place maybe because of the... NAME? or the location next to that shady laundrymat! heh (did my laundry there way back when). Try this place. I can speak for the quality of the buds & service & both are Great. They have quite a selection too.
