DUBE Delivery - Bay Area

I'm writing this review because as of today, I have had enough of the poor and honest, quite disrespectful service I receive from this service whenever I order from home here in San Francisco. Last time I ordered, a week ago, my delivery was delayed well beyond the estimated time of delivery yet I received no text or email about it. When the delivery finally arrived, all of a sudden, the card machine kept getting a error saying "please contact app administrator". The order never went through and so I called to ask what's going on? When I order from my job in Oakland, the service is perfect. A nice driver always arrives and there has never been an issue with my card. But somehow, my same card doesn't work for SF deliveries?! Today, I placed another order and I uploaded my apartment lease just in case there was questions about it. I received the usual email confirming my delivery which was at 11:05 am with a 30-90 delivery window. At 12:50pm, I called to get an update and to ask why I am not receiving the usual text messages letting me know where things stand on time of arrival. The guy at Dube was extremely dismissive and disrespectful as I asked him what has changed with my getting text updates as I always do when I order. He asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. The delivery window of 30-90 minutes has passed, so what's up with the delivery? He said it should arrive around 1:10pm or so. He then immediately asked again if I want to cancel it. Since my $100 order is not appreciated, I canceled the order. Thankfully, there are a plenty weed delivery service options available here in SF.

I have to give these guys 5 stars across the board. I moved to the area recently, so I tried out a lot of other shops, ordered from different apps, etc. Over the last three months or so, DUBE is where I consistently go back to over and over. Out of about 5 or 6 orders I have placed with DUBE, 5 of those orders, I got at least one free product as a promotional item. One time they were late to accept my delivery order and gave me two pre-rolls and a 0.5-gram pax pod as an apology, on top of what I was already getting. I have never experienced such great customer care and service. Not to mention, every one of their drivers has been some of the nicest and friendliest down-to-earth people I have ever spoken to in regards to a delivery. Personally, I have a lot of anxiety in social situations, so that is something I value. Plus, it was just nice to be greeted by friendly faces with such calming demeanors. I wish I could give you 10 stars! Thank you, DUBE, for being awesome.

This was my first time ordering from Dube and will not be my last. The delivery came faster than expected. On top of that, I had some extra goodies in my bag! Who doesn't love free stuff!? I will be ordering again.
