price was changed from online to arrival and would not honor the price even when the receipt showed the price I was given, then they changed it not cool

I love this place! The quality of even their cheap $19 eighths is great compared to other more expensive pre packs at other places. Too shelf is 150% quality! I always have to splurge on some Arnold Palmer! I’ll be a lifelong customer here!

You just lost my business. Came in on December 19 for the $7 grams, ordered on the app and was charged $12 for all five grams. I'm not going to stand there in the lobby and make a scene. I have no idea why this place has gone downhill so badly in the past six months or so but it's sad, used to be my favorite dispensary. I will not be returning

If you get an earths healing cartridge and it won’t work on their own or any other battery don’t tell them you tried the cartridge on a battery other than theirs or they won’t replace it even though they gave it to you broken

Everything was great except for the 800mg buy one get carts. Both snapped right at the wick... basically throwing $60 away. Won't ever buy those again

Customer service here sucks only 2 good budtenders in the whole place and I feel bad for them! If this place didn't have such good products I would have stopped coming long time ago! Seriously unbelievable how rude these people can be !!!!!@

There's simply nothing i dont like about earth healing. There the alltime best dispensary with good products and great staff. I feel like family every time i go there.

Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic, Earth's Healing North made sure that the health of their patients were a top priority. Keeping the transaction to online orders only, the what looked like a HUGE wait was actually quick. The staff was very friendly and the security were very helpful.
