I only come to this location if I'm on this side of town, otherwise I'll go to.a different location. I would not go out if my way to go here.

This is a nice location with high quality products and a huge selection to choose from!

My bud tender literally put dirty cash and change in the bag with my Medicine! Also Goodbye affordable weed. The prop 207 price gouging has began. No more daily deals. No more bud bar. Tax On TOP of the price hikes. $50/$60+ tax for a decent 8th?! Lol The black market bout to explode.

They only get voted best dispensary because they bribe people with free pre rolls lol

Earth's Healing has a crowd of 50+ people waiting to get inside. All are being told by a security guard to put their name on a clipboard to go in and make sure they order online first. I followed all the rules and was helping other customers the entire time. Still - when it was my time to order, they didn't have my order ready. Then an unprofessional budtender stormed out from the back and started screaming at me and violently threatening me for coming in when the security guard called my name. I calmly explained to the man that I'm only following their directions and not to talk to me like that, and he immediately blew up, threatening me physically. The two tiny women in the front immediately put him in his place, which is a good thing, because had he come out from behind that glass, I would've knocked him out in front of everybody. There were 10 patients and 2 employees who all cheered me on as I stood up to him and made him back down like the coward he was. All that said, I shouldn't be dealing with violent thugs in a medical dispensary, and I will never return to Earth's Healing again. That they're price gouging everybody and raised their ounce prices is bad enough. I wanted to cry watching them turn down multiple elderly people who couldn't afford the 25% illegal price increase. But to also be physically threatened on top? There are too many good dispensaries with good people to waste your time with this dump. I'm already in contact with the owner to have that budtender fired, and I hope he reads this and comes at me again. I have zero love for bullies, espcially when they are cowards and punks.

Don’t even try calling this place. The operator just picks the phone up and puts you on hold before ever saying anything. I can never get through to this place.

The best dispensary hands down!

Bad manager, his name is Mike. One of his employees misrepresented a product they sold me... telling me it was mct oil but it was grape seed oil. Mike's solution was "oh well, all sales final." It took several tantrums on the phone before they offered store credit for the misrepresinted product they sold me! Mike's answer to my complaint to The Better Business Bureau was that all was taken care of, that the customer was whole. Yeah! By going around Mike's spineless back and getting a solution from an employee who I hope didn't get in trouble for going against their managers wish of screwing a customer!

I walked in before at least five or six people gave them my card and they forgot me and on previous visits weren't that great either. The just refuse to give you your points at the register. They just make the whole process of getting the medicine .place is a joke

Gonna start this review by saying that the customer service here is always good, could use a bit more commutation on things but always helpful.. Ive read ALOT of these “5” star reviews and think to myself ... boy this has to be the best dispensary in Tucson with ratings like that... so of course without hesitation I try this shop, this is were the reviews are misleading / seemed to be paid for or maybe people are getting better products then I am... after my 3rd purchase with EH I’ve been mostly sad and disheartened by there products , but this time I got OLD weed.. it’s browning decaying and smells like oxidized weed, I’m not sure what they have for a quality control system ... 2/2 orders same strain both old.. other strains I ordered where aging but not old... this is harsh bud and not to enjoyable - I would avoid purchasing the “Ice cream cake “ as that it’s aged ... normally that isn’t that icing on the cake but tie this with the longest wait times In Tucson to get your medication..

if someone doesnt respond to their name, they didnt hear it being called. you should have a more audible way for patients to hear you calling names. i was waiting, 30 minutes? after i approached the desk to see what was going on, i was greeted with, "for the 5th time" as i walked to the back. for someone with shit pain, that sucked.

It’s really annoying placing an order, receiving the text, then show up and they try to upsell your shit. Then when you ask about using a certain deal they say they ran out?????? Then why did I get a confirmation in the first place!? They will do anything to make sure you’re paying them big bucks. It’s annoying. How come they never honor their deals?? Earths SOUTH would never !!

This dispensary discriminates against medical patients. Take your money elsewhere.
