EarthMed - Rosemont (Recreational)

Every week I come in for recreational Tuesday and I have the best experience. The bud tenders are always so happy to answer my questions and I have always received great customer service. Thank you Earthmed!

unwelcomed service

Super helpful and fast service, was in and out within 15 minutes , ON A FRIDAY EVENING! Will be going back again :)

The only good thing about the place is the bud. Which is the same at other dispensaries. Prices are wrong on the website BTW but anywho I will never come here again due to the atmosphere..all 3 times I've visited i have never felt welcomed and I will never come here again due to the unwelcome d feeling I got here and it's been more then a few times.

I asked if the payment was cash only and someone at the door said "Like you do your other drugs" which was super rude. And the cashier inside gave me a rude tone because I was on the phone for a second. I want to go back, but why? Dispensaries are not supposed to make you feel like you gotta go "Karen" to be treated well.

Friendly environment. Great people…great prices. Very clean.

The group of folks who work here are kind and generous; always welcoming you with a smile or a suggestion. I'm a proud customer of this company and would recommend them to anyone who is either just starting with their cannabis journey or people who are experienced. Cannot say enough about them!!

I absolutely love Earthmed In Rosemont! They have theeee best selection in the Chicago land area! From security to bud tenders their services provided are outstanding and pleasant! I enjoy stopping in on my way home from work weekly!! Liz helped me out today and had a great attitude and presence! Highly recommend visiting for all your potty needs !!

I absolutely love the customer service here. Amazing environment as always 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re a med patient as well. So thankful they do the medical discount here. Savannah helped me out has such a great attitude as always!

EarthMed is a treasure. So far, every single employee I have spoken to is hip to the cause and down to help however they can. Because the selection at EarthMed Rosemont is so large, it helps to have people that know the inventory and effectiveness. So I've written a few reviews now and it went from a paragraph to a chapter ultimately a book. So I'm really keeping it as quick as possible. The atmosphere, people, products are nothing I've seen yet at the 30 dispensaries I've visited from Chicago to Arizona I feel like family every time I walk in. I’ve always enjoyed my experience at Earth Med. I pop in every once in a while when I’m in the area because I always have to stop by. I’m always greeted by smiles and warm vibes! I’m immediately asked if I need any assistance and always have a good laugh or two with the staff. Picking out product and making the transaction is the quickest and easiest process I have ever experienced with ANY dispensary. These are good people running a great business!
