Great Atmosphere, I drive 20 plus miles away from the dispensary in my own town for their deals and products! I can’t even get mad when they run out of something because of the Large selection
I had a very pleasant visit! I seen a review before mine about the front desk person(s) and them being "hateful"! Well, I disagree, she was very nice and helpful. I was there a little after 3:30PM today - they all have on face masks so there really isn't a way to tell if anyone is being "hateful" but to each its own lol. I really appreciate the help of everyone at EarthMed and for risking their health to help everyone out! Great Job and I will be back for another visit
Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Always super quick in and out. This dispensary seems to have the biggest variety when it comes to different growers in IL. I drive a little further here, for that reason !
Today’s visit was very enjoyable I was able to bring in my dog for the first time I wanted her to get a good smell and experience being in the dispensary. I was checked in by Robert and always great to see him same with him and the rest of the earth med dispensary crew Monique said hi she’s great too sometimes I just want to stay all day.
Man this place is the shit! Everyone is there to help you find a solution to kick your pain or issues. I love this Dispensary, I've tried 3 others..an well the atmosphere, budtenters, selection of products CANT be topped at EarthMed!! Highly recommended!!
I love Earthmed been going here over year . I am medical patient and am disappointed in supplies but after legalization it was expected. They will get back to having great selection as they did in past they always seem to have best menu before and after legalization. and always in stock for me . Recreational patient's be patient call ahead the demand out weighs supply so expect some problems over first couple months but this will all be sorted out.

I've been there twice and my experience was a little less than ok. As a recreational customer I was expecting knowledgeable service and I was a bit disappointed. The menu is on printed paper but only lists strain and type. Being a rec customer I'm not familiar with these strains and Leafly didn't have profiles for them yet. I asked one of the employees if there was any particular product that is good to help with stress. He said "If you want to get blazed you'll want to get this" as he pointed to the sativa carts. At that point I felt that they just treat rec customers as stoners. It was also my bday and was excited to get the free gram but then I was quickly told that was for medical only even though their site didn't specify that. Look, I get it that medical is priority, and I'm ok with that. Rec customers should still get the same level of service when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. Unfortunately I'll likely still go here until more licenses are granted near my home.
Other than them never having flower and choices, I really enjoy this dispensary. It’s friendly and clean. The guy that helps with parking is extremely good looking and charming ♥️. Overall pretty decent place.
