I have been shopping there as a medical patient for over a year. The whole staff are so friendly and they have always made their customers feel welcomed and at home in their store. They run a tight ship and everyone works hard. When the recreational was being merged with the medical I expected it might take longer to get in and out but I noticed no difference in my visits and efficient
service. Unless they are crazy busy, I am always approached and asked if I need help and one worker, a young man even sat and helped me to figure a budget to get the most for my money when I happened to have less money on me than I thought I did, but still wanted to complete my list. That really made my day! The store is clean and they are taking the best precautions avoiding the spread of this virus. The online ordering has been a great time saver with very short wait for a text. Will try curbside next.
A Freaken Class Act!!!! From the door person checking your temperature to the very help people behind the glass to the people at the pipe and accessory counter. Very very awesome personable and comfortable experience. They even reminded me about a $30. Credit I had that's tops customer service!!!

I've been a patient here for a while e now and have nothing but good to say. The people are kind, the selection is good, and they follow all the recommended Covid social distancing and mask policies.
This place is great!! Eat pickup and ordering. Just the rec people that think they should be able to in medical parking. Like the assholes that blocked the dive so the passenger to get out to walk across the grass to the rec door. Some of us are in severe pain. You have no idea how bad it hurt my foot to hold the brake to wait on you to take your slow ass time. I wish they would refuse to serve you if you do something like that. Wtf make you think you are so special. Do you also park in handicap spots because you should have the closest parking. It doesn’t even make sense he could have let you at the rec door if you just drove around. Hope you are happy knowing you caused someone’s pain.
ive been going to earthmed for about 2 years now with my medicinal license they're the only place that I go to as I feel they are the only ones compared to other places that can actually sympathize with you and help you! No I've never not been helped, I've never had a problem with parking ever, they take pride in caring for everybody not just patients but everyone who needs the help I have checked out other places and I am really proud that I picked this place because of all the other reviews on all the other places I just feel like I hit the jackpot with earthmed because of how caring they are and how well they do their job I also want to give a big thank you not just to the bud tenders and the people who work behind the desk at earthmed but also the ones that stand outside in the heat that's going on right now thank you! Thank you for standing out in the Heat and thank you for watching my daughter while I had to go in because I don't have money for a babysitter. This place just really does care. So thank you very much for being there for me through my pain trials and tribulations without you guys I wouldn't know what to do. I wouldn't know as much as I know now and I want you guys to know that I really do appreciate everything you do for me and every other patient and recreational person out there! First review, I've been coming here since I was a recreational user. I've always been pleasantly surprised by their nerdy personalities by their registers. I've only spoken to a few of the team, but they've all been pleasant and real helpful. So it's a pretty nice place, and wait times are never an issue. I appreciate that they keep the flow of people to a certain amount so everyone can get a one-to-one conversation without being rushed. It's a pretty different atmosphere. One of my only and favorite place to go during the plague. Now if only they delivered. 😂
I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, from the employees taking temps at the door, the people checking you in, to the knowledgeable budtenders. I'm new to the medical side, and I always feel welcomed and never rushed when asking questions about strains and suggestions. Highly recommend this place, good vibes :)
