Terrible, Terrible, Terrible ... My first time in an as patient for me, customer service is key. I never have an issue with any of my purchases at any of the dispensary I've been to an I'm from Prescott which means I been to a few, anyways I've don't know the process or even who to talk to but I explained to the person who answer the phone an told him I have an issue with my order. As my first time patient deal I chose the free iearthvape an 500mg cartridge an also decided to pay $10 dollars for the premium battery. once I arrive to my hotel I charged my battery until it was fully charged. Eventually the Vape stopped working an was unusable. What I heard after explaining this whole situation is evident on how the littlest employee can give a place a bad reputation. Never will this place see my money. Case in point, I'll spend my money else where.

I don’t know... not once, not twice, but three times the bud teller tried putting amnesia og in my order instead of animal face ... and she effin did it anyway ... I have and smoked the wrong shit... smh plus they acknowledge they don’t maintain Leafly well that consumer should use their site instead.. but didn’t function for shop now... man... hardest thing to do is buy something you want because the budtenders speak confidently, but have yet to educate themselves to strain lineage purpose or even make recogition.

I liked this place reminded of some of the original shops when California legalized medically. Got the cheese and jack herer both were pretty dang good. My only complaint is that their menu wasn't updated so most of the meds I wanted to try were not in stock. Obviously not that big of a deal considering I'm heading there in a few.LOL

With each visit, I find more disappointment. Online inventory often is not updated and have found out only after having order confirmed and during pickup that substitutions were made. Loyalty and new members programs are sketchy as to how they work and are undocumented. Found weed THC label from grower and listed lower content than advertised by dispensary. Weed is often overdry and low quality. The only upside is a large selection of vendor products although these often appear to be aged from sitting in inventory too long.

the ONLY thing this location is consistent on IS NOT being consistent. I'm not sure who's managing the place but its horrible. for starters BEFORE this COVID19 crap this place would be impossible to ever get a human body on the phone. if by any miracle on gods green earth your able to speak to someone. its always someone that sounds in a rush or hurry. they NEVER know the test result %s for their products. moving forward I've ordered plenty of times before through Leafy. and EVERY TIME it's an issue. with either the specific strains or products I've ordered confirmed online aren't what they show me when I get the the pick up window. or that the order is placed on my behalf and someone on their end never refreshes their page and my order never gets filled. above all though, for the most part the employees are simply doing their job. it seems super disorganized and as if though they have no-one to report to... I'll never return to this location. nor recommend EVER.
