Very unreasonable and rude customer service. I was refused entry after showing my Current medical card and state ID. The state ID doesn't expire until 2060, but because it wasn't horizontal she wouldn't let me in to pick up my online order.

I love the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take their time with their patients and answer questions about the strains and how they are conducive for each illness.

Definitely my go to place. Convenient because it's right down the street!

Clean. Professional. Feels right. I prefer EH over all other Tucson area dispensaries because all of those I have visited just felt or visually appear to be a bit ratty looking and staffed by folks who are a bit rough-looking. Love the people and the products!

One of the nicer locations in town, to be sure however, the back room staff have always been quite rude. I’ve never gotten more than vague and curt answers to any questions I’ve had, and they seem to want you to leave as soon as you arrive. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want a pretty place that doesn’t want you there.

Ordered off Leafly app expecting a short delivery call in. Had to wait 30 minutes while with all the other first come first served patients to get my order because I was new to this particular clinic. Would have been nice to know this beforehand. Now it's a non-issue. Since they have my credentials on file, now I can order off leafly or their website and not wait.
