Visited for the first time a day after they opened, and was impressed. Beautiful layout and decor (think Apple store but less antiseptic), friendly helpful staff, a nice range of quality products. Also, really close to home. Will definitely be back!

This review is specifically for the plantsavy gentleman Malik, nowadays you rarely encounter people that genuinely speak their craft. This man is a library of information and truly will direct you to the right product, he understands the significance of customer service, I'm new to the world of cannabis and nurturing an injury, one in which I was recommended to medicate to allow my body to relax and heal. I'm extremely paranoid and nervous to marijuana (had a bad experience when I was younger). All this to say Malik truly made me feel understood. Some stores look aesthetically beautiful, with plants and the whole nine but with zero intent to truly connect and inspire people. This store truly does all that and more, ESPECIALLY with workers like Malik that represent the store and Oakland in a way that reflect that same garden on the inside. I highly recommend this store, especially for new users like me, that have no clue about anything yet with needs. Walk in, relax and enjoy the journey. I always enjoy coming into ECO ! Their tree is very good quality pretty much no matter the price, and the budtenders are very friendly and dope people who know the best high for your buck ! Would recommend anyone to come through !

I loved my experience at ECO! I was helped by a bud tender and made a difficult decision and finally went with an amazing 8th of purple punch. Beautiful purple tones and a classic sweet “perp” smell. Amazingly my cashier Dorothy had already prepared my package by the time I was done at their atm. She then patiently showed me how to use my child proof packaging. Thank you, Dorothy I almost always struggle with tedious packaging and you were a huge help. That’s why I will definitely will be returning to ECO they are so informative and helpful.

Avoid this business at all costs. They treat their staff horribly. They do not pay their staff. I'm not 5 years deep in a case with them that they still have not paid me for two simple days of work. During which they fired me for no reason and never paid me. I've already won the case with the department of Labor. They still have not paid me money owed as directed by the department of Labor. They are thiefs they are liars and they do not deserve anyone's money or business. Avoid them at all costs. Go to any other dispensary.

I always enjoy coming in here; the manager and budtenders are always friendly and know how to find exactly what you need ! If you want consistent excellent service and solid prices I would come by !
