The place is nice. The staff friendly. But 30 bucks for 2 grams or 18 for a preroll is a joke. Overpriced for what I got. And often they talk u into a strain that isn't on the menu and then u find out its 17 a gram....

Came in for a couple oil carts for my roommate and I, and a new battery to use as a backup. Ended up getting Golden carts and a Select Battery. I asked several times if they worked together and was told yes. Guess what, they don't. Golden carts only work with Golden batteries. I went back and tried to exchange the Golden carts for one that did work with the Select battery and the other batteries I have at home (o.pen vape), they wouldn't exchange them because the carts "aren't defective". They weren't going to exchange anything. I had to get the manager and argue that this wasn't my mistake since they said they products would work together. They finally exchanged the Select battery for a Golden battery at the same cost. (The Golden battery is $5 more). If I hadn't had to argue just to get them to do this, I might have given 3 stars. Ideally, they should have let me exchange the Golden carts for carts that work with my other batteries. Now my roommate and I have to share a battery until we get carts that work with our other batteries. If they told me the Golden carts wouldn't work with the Select battery, I would understand their hesitation. However, since this was their mistake, they should have handled this differently. Will not be going back.

My name is Zach. I previously left a 5-star review of this location, but had criticized the prices of their cartridges. I wanted to update the review, because they now have lower priced 1 gram cartridges that are competitive with anyone else in the market. The service is always good and it's easy to share a laugh with the employees, as they are easy going and friendly. I have switched back to The Herbary as my go-to spot for affordable super dank.

I've been living in the area for a few months and this is still my favorite shop. It feels like what I would expect a shop to be. Very clearly presented product, lots of natural light, and a very laid back atmosphere. The quality of the product I've gotten here has been consistently good with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff have been welcoming and helpful every time I have visited and it is/will be the first shop I take friends to when they visit from other states.

I always ask for my rewards to be put on for a purchase but every time the shop is busy, it never gets put on my account. This is a recurring issue. This location needs better training on how to market rewards program as it should be mentioned with every customer even if the location is busy . Great people, great service. I’m not a complainer, this needs fixed and isn’t the first time I have brought it to attention.

My bud had hair in it, like hair it actually grew around, since I’m not a fan of smoking hair that’s an 8th wasted. Thx guys!

This place is great. It opens late and has a lot of good options. Farrah was super sweet and helpful. She was also kicking ass helping out multiple people very quickly. Definitely will be a returning customer.

I don't know what all these complaints are about, I shop here like twice a week, I've had to wait before but never for very long...last week it was a holiday and they were really busy, and the wait was longer but so was everywhere else. These guys are always really nice to me and always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. Prices are same as most Portland shops, don't see what all the negative fuss is about. I love this place. Keep up the good work Herbary!

Wow, looks great inside and has good bud but man is it severely over priced. 118 for a quarter, and 20 dollar grams! are you serious? Do not come here unless it is your ABSOLUTE Last Resort, ridiculously over priced and expensive, will warn my fellow smokers to avoid at all costs.

Good quality, but very costly for what you’re getting. Would only shop here if they’ve got a specific strain I value enough to pay the exorbitant prices thereof.

I thought it looked scatchy at 1st but to my surprise it was welcoming experience. A lady name Farrah was knowledgeable and listened to me not tried to a special on me . That was Cool and i appreciate that.

The budtender was really distracted the whole time. Flower was pretty good, but the service was just really weird. Great vibey shop though, I feel like if I had a different budtender I would've been a better experience.
