I love it here. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, from the minute you walk in, even the security guards are delightful. I can ask a million questions, they do their best to answer all of them and I never feel weird or bad about asking. This is my favorite spot.
it wasnt the visit. it was the product. it was advertised as one thing and was actually another. the misleading information really messed with the experience. but over all its not bad just wish it was the right thing.
whoever my customer service person that was supposed to help me show lack of knowledge a lack of personality his attitude was more of a Downy Debbie.... the only time I will come back is someone that has knowledge and very happy and love their job
