Neat place, cool products. Expect that the person working the floor wasn’t very knowledgeable about a lot things. That doesn’t help new people or people out of town. Especially spending money and products a bit over priced.

You’re going to pay more because it’s manitou/Colorado springs, but the quality and experience destroys Maggie’s Farm down the street.

The security a little " over the top" I mean damn, I ain't out to dupe this joint for a joint but hell standing in line not at proper posture is 5-8 years! Other than that this place is top shelf, the very best bud in the world

Customer service is a term that gets thrown around a lot these days. What it means to me is to be treated like I matter. To be treated like I am welcome and supported. Emerald Fields understands this so well. I first dealt with Micaesha, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to join their rewards club after hearing about all the benefits. Kaleb S. also helped me when I needed to change my order at the last minute. Instead of being upset or annoyed, he was excited to help me. He was patient and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Emerald Fields made me feel like a welcome guest. I will be going back soon!

The whole lay out is nice and flows well. They have multiple bud helpers with tablets to keep you updated on you order. The person we had was Nick. Nick was so chill and fun to discuss buds with! He helped in deciding which sativa to get. They had the bud types on display with smell accesses. The 50% off an oz deal with mixing 8 different kinds was a no brainer and the quality was the same on display! Everyone here was very friendly, even the customers and cashiers! Love this store!

Overall I love this place, there are three spectacular employees but I haven’t caught names, it’s always hectic and busy when I come in so they’re pretty busy. I however had a rough experience the last time I stopped in, which left me super upset! I had been ready to place my order, it was quite busy and I knew to be patient, but people walked in and were immediately accommodated even though it was apparent I was waiting and ready, I decided to ignore it. But then when I finally am ABOUT to get my order in a young lady who had just came in was instantly taken instead, it only gets worse as he said he’d be right back, took care of her and then ANOTHER young lady came in, and I was once again pushed to the back. I waited 30 min to place my order. It was ridiculous and then I spend another 20 in line, when I should’ve been in sooner. But I don’t think this is a normal thing as I said I usually have a pleasant experience, but that one time left me quite upset!

Haven't been in 4 years. I'm closer to Pueblo. Went in this weekend because I was in the Springs. Didn't look at prices. Asked the tender for a pre roll and an 1/8. 89 bucks. after Vet discount. W T F!!! 19 for the joint and 50-55 for the flower. Told her to just give me the cheapest joint. 13 bucks. At Cannabis Depot in Pueblo I could have a quarter and 3-4 prerolls(6buck each) and paid for the gas. Do people from the Springs really go to Manitou?
