I love this place! I called today with some questions and Mimi was more than helpful. She was happy to help me and even gave me some great suggestions. I ordered online immediately after speaking with her.

I like the fact that this is close to my house.. went in tonight to pick up a to-go order which was as advertised online half ounce of Jack Herer for $40 the guy tells me oh we sent a Big Text out that it's $55 for a half ounce not $40 really because I didn't see that and nothing said my online order was wrong or messed up he goes into the back I guess to speak to a manager who he advised me will not honor that price I told him I only had $55 since I only expected to spend $40 he says it's going to be $56.06 I told him I come here at least twice a week spend a lot of money with you guys if you're not going to honor a dollar off my total I will never come back here he said the manager declined to waive that dollar and he took a dollar out of his pocket I really appreciated it but after today I will never come back here what a joke don't advertise stuff online and then not honor it in person especially when an online order is made with it. Quality of customer service is a joke.. I will go out of my to spend my money some where else with better customer service.

Other than the limited size, there's nothing wrong with this dispensary! Great selection! Great Easy Customer service, easy online ordering is what I enjoy. Being chronically ill, it makes it easy peasy to medicate. Thank you Rosemary

I canceled my order.. I wanted the Monday 1/8 special with the 1 gram of concentrate ... in en which I ordered at 8 am . To my surprised I’m advised out of the 1 gram con. ...Bas business practice it’s the first time your special is not available. You would think if your gong to run a special it would be appropriately stocked due to running as a special. I use to come to the Emerald quite regularly but now it’s just not the same.
