I like the fact that this is close to my house.. went in tonight to pick up a to-go order which was as advertised online half ounce of Jack Herer for $40 the guy tells me oh we sent a Big Text out that it's $55 for a half ounce not $40 really because I didn't see that and nothing said my online order was wrong or messed up he goes into the back I guess to speak to a manager who he advised me will not honor that price I told him I only had $55 since I only expected to spend $40 he says it's going to be $56.06 I told him I come here at least twice a week spend a lot of money with you guys if you're not going to honor a dollar off my total I will never come back here he said the manager declined to waive that dollar and he took a dollar out of his pocket I really appreciated it but after today I will never come back here what a joke don't advertise stuff online and then not honor it in person especially when an online order is made with it. Quality of customer service is a joke.. I will go out of my to spend my money some where else with better customer service.

Always have the best deal on buds and very nice budtenders

The feel of the place is nice, especially the young lady at the front,but there has been multiple occasions where things got messed up. It has been twice were I place an online order and it says it’s eeady and then I get there and it was never made and the item I order is out. This last time i came to do a pick up order and with all the craziness of course there is going to be a wait no doubt. So I check in and the gentlemen said it will be 45 mins and I will get a text. Ok so I Wait in my car. An hour later I go check to see if the time is coming soon. To find out the guy was letting people who were 45 min late to show up for their turn. Now I have to wait more time. When I brought my concern up to one of the employees over the phone. All he had to say to was that there is an hour wait everywhere.

whats up with this system trying to make things faster they making everything slower like what kind of idiots send you a message telling you that your order is ready after you been waiting for 3 hrs you come to this place and for a sweet surprise that you have to check in and wait 40min to 1 hr more do you guys know the meaning of "READY" way faster pull up and pick up gets rid of line faster have a second line for people that are doing walkings work smart not hard and safely for corona virus dont keep people waiting for extra hour is not healthy at this time

Not equipped to handle the amount of customers that come in for their sales. After placing a Leafly "quick pickup" order and receiving a text about a substitute, then a confirmation text that it was ready, I went to pick up my order. the place was packed... but no problem, I had my quick pickup right? wrong. It was at least 45 minutes before I was called up... then they only had 2 of my four items. And of course they were sold out... Luckily someone had cancelled their pickup order because the wait was too long, so they did have a substitute product. They did give me a free preroll for my trouble, but honestly I would have rather had my 45 minutes back. That said, good sales if you have time and patience to wait in the packed dispensary.
