great place and great staff

Not equipped to handle the amount of customers that come in for their sales. After placing a Leafly "quick pickup" order and receiving a text about a substitute, then a confirmation text that it was ready, I went to pick up my order. the place was packed... but no problem, I had my quick pickup right? wrong. It was at least 45 minutes before I was called up... then they only had 2 of my four items. And of course they were sold out... Luckily someone had cancelled their pickup order because the wait was too long, so they did have a substitute product. They did give me a free preroll for my trouble, but honestly I would have rather had my 45 minutes back. That said, good sales if you have time and patience to wait in the packed dispensary.

Flowers are dry Flowers all smell the same (OUT DOOR) There prices drive me crazy top shelf is the same as others they tryin to do the most with bunk

I've been to the Palace many times and have watched their customer service and quality skyrocket. But TODAY...I was a mess. Crying because my dog is passing away. Not only did my sweet bud tender get me tissues, but she also hugged me tight and told me she understood. That's the kind of person-to-person kindness so many places lack. Thank you, Emerald Palace, and your wonderful employees. Beautiful people, inside and out. Xoxo
