It had been awhile since I've been to this dispensary, and what an awesome time! Not only was my budtender quick and efficient, the entertaining music kept me dancing in my spot. The energy in the dispensary made me forget I still had to catch the bus back to West Mesa 🤣🤣

Keep your receipt! We all know cartridges have the occasional dud, no big deal, exchanged several with other dispensaries with no issues. Apparently all the state mandated measures for tracking medicinals doesn't apply to verifying a purchase that you made 2 days ago. No Huxton carts in Stock for exchange, no store credit, no refund. I was encouraged to come back when their Huxton stock was replenished, another 2 hour round trip into town for this cowboy. Honestly, I don't think I will be wasting another trip. Keep up the great customer service! Your Sunday management could use some front-of-house training. It's been a long time since somebody talked down to me like a child. I know it's a pot shop, but you can do better Emerald. Please do

the location is a bit hidden. the flower is decent but this review is for their concentrates. I bought a gram of infusion "critical super silver haze" and am very displeased. it tasted horrible. almost foot like... there papers say it tested at 84%.thc but I had to dab quite a bit more than usual. I've been disappointed with all concentrates on the area actually. wish you guys would put out better quality medicine for your patients.

Was dissapointed with service and your online ordering system ordered. Grape ape and super silver haze mix online everything goes threw fine go to pick up my order within an hour and they were out of what I ordered you figure it would be put to side the girl that helped me was vary impatient didn't even ask me what I wanted instead just grabbed one mind you I was getting one 32 percent thc she grabs GMO which is 22 % and was very impatient needs to be schooled on asking customer what they want don't just assume then she keeps calling for someone to check order very impatient probably did this like 10 times ...I usually have descent experience but this time was lame usually tip as well but the last thing I was going to do is tip her would've been nice to be asked if I had a 2nd choice in mind ....she just seemed non customer service and mind u I didn't get what I wanted ended up w GMO I even called before I headed to store and they checked on order and said all is good ...frustrated customer if you want to credit me for next time it be nice you have my email my updated cell is 480 204 8851 names Bradley Alexander that's name on act and myself thanks for your time ...
