They have CannaOrganix Gelato!! Shit is bomb and its super cheap for a 1/2gram! Throws Millenium out of the water!

I've gone here a few times I usually like grabbing smaller amount so I can try to get different strains but they get bothered over small business guy told me he could get fired because I wouldn't buy an eight they're like car salesman more worried about their sales rather then you enjoying the products do yourself a favor and just go to the evergreen market it's worth the small extra drive won't be coming back here even though it's close to my house

Cynthia is awesome and helped me out a ton. I'm from out of town and this was my first time in a recreational shop. The prices are great too. 10/10 will be back and telling everyone i know to stop in when they're in town!

I visited Emerald Haze while on vacation in the area. I was impressed right away by the friendliness of the staff as soon as I walked in and got my ID checked. The budtender was knowledgeable about every type of product from bud to RSO to cartridges and more. The shop and displays are beautiful and easy to look at. I was pleased with the quality and value of everything I purchased. I will recommend Emerald Haze to anyone visiting the area!

Jordan's great. I loved her very nice greeting and she was very helpful, listened to what I like and gave me several good options. really good customer service. That wasn't my first visit by far and I'll definitely be back. Hope the owners/managers understand how important a kind, professional employee behind the counter is.

I have been here a three different times to pick up something they had on their menu at a really good price to find they didn't actually have it in stock and then was pressured to buy something more expensive and not at all what I wanted. I will not be going back.

They have an amazing atmosphere. Snacks and very friendly staff made it very welcoming. They are great at recommending strains based on what you tell them you like. I absolutely love the lemon haze!

Alright I was surprised, because the website was lacking, but Snoop Dogg came through the shop, so I definitely needed check it out. An verdict, not bad. Really like the staff the mad the place!

Great selection. Fair prices. Courteous staff. The girl who helped me (Teasha) was very helpful. She answered ever question I had for her and made a great suggestion based off off what I was looking for. I'll definitely return because of the great service

Emerald Haze appears to play favorites and is utterly disinterested in customer service. My buddy and I came here together, each buying about $200 of product. Staff was friendly, if somewhat less than knowledgeable. But this is close to both of us, so we came back two more times. On my buddies second visit he was given a punch card. He spent another $200. I came a few days later, but was never offered a punch card, even though I purchased the same amount. My buddy visited again about two weeks later, buying another $200 of product. When he presented the punch card, they took it and said that it was discontinued. They gave him a black loyalty card instead. I returned a few days after that, purchased the same amount, and did not receive a card. So I asked, and here is what they said, "we don't provide punch cards or discount cards to anyone--all discounts are provided store-wide." This was and is an outright lie. I have no idea why I was singled out. I am always both courteous and respectful, and bring a light humor. My friend, on the other hand is a grouch and not particularly nice to "the help." We are both incensed about this obvious preferential and bias treatment and neither of us will be back. One side note: the last time I was there a customer was haggling over the price and received a better deal. That is not acceptable on any level. Plenty of other stores to go to and this one has lost about $800 of business from both my buddy and I. We called, btw, and talked about this and they denied they have anything like a "loyalty card." Wow, strike three guys. Learn how to run a fair and equitable business!

2 times now I have gone in and found some stuff I really liked and didnt want to pull out anymore cash for pay for the extra 3 dollars over my budget for the day and both times emerald haze associates have given me free points, or just pulled out of their own tip jar to get me out the door with what I wanted. these people know customer service and will make you feel welcome. I wont buy my pot anywhere else now these guys and gals are legit!!!

This is such a classy establishment for the Renton Area. I highly recommend it, the staff is amazing! They know what goes well with what. One of the girls doing the displays showed me all of the amazing pipes. They have $5 PIPES!! When I tried tipping them they politely declined and told me to write a review instead. You guys have to check this place out. Ask for Nancy to give you a cute little tour of the displays.

This place is amazing! I love the atmosphere and the Budtenders are incredibly knowledgeable!! I met the Admin Manager Nancy and she showed me the different edibles that were available.

My bud tender "dude with dreads" was knowledgeable and polite. His recommendation was on point. I actually smoked some White Lightning from THSea. By far the highest quality bud I've smoked since it became legal.
