i created an account, uploaded my ca drivers license and placed an order. got a text message asking to send my drivers license via text and a selfie with my id. 10 min later receive text message informing me they do not deliver in oakland, which is very strange when they are located in oakland. very unprofessional. this was my first and last time ordering from Enjoymint. The name Enjoymint is misleading.

Extremely poor customer service. They will ask you for a photo with your id. I asked them to confirm if they received it. The agent kept ignoring my question, I asked them multiple times. It got to a point when I was texting them something and their response was completely different. I canceled my order and now they are unresponsive. I am worried what will they do with my personal information. I work in cyber security and I am not letting this go. I want them to confirm that they have deleted my information. The worst store ever, I don’t know about their products, but customer service is worst than Walmart’s.

The worst customer service ever. I placed an order, as told that they instead replaced items because what I wanted wasn’t available, but refused to tell me what the products were or what they consisted of. I had asked 6 times what they were, Raz, the customer service agent refused to tell me. It was a wild experience. Over an hour of wait time, with no answer of what they were going to give me, I was able to order from another company and it was great

Placing deliveries is very easy and they always answer quickly and have amazing customer service💗💗

This company severely lacks proper order tracking. You will be left in the dark about your order for nearly an hour after placing. Only after a period of time will they call and confirm the order. Potentially you have to wait up to an hour to be told if they actually have the product or not. Then, you're told a vague ETA and given no updates on the order until MINUTES BEFORE it arrives. For example. I was told two nights in a row that my delivery time would be no later than 7:30pm. In both cases, the driver did not arrive until 10pm. Additionally, I had to personally call and be put on hold for over fifteen minutes to discover this information for myself. They did not provide any updates that my order would be 2.5 hours later, two days in a row. Finally, my driver arrived on the second day at 10pm and FINALLY given an update to my order....2 minutes before he arrived. All they will offer you is a half-hearted apology and that there is nothing they can do. They do not seem to care if their customers are put out.

Very easy to work with. Great prices and prompt service. Always a pleasure.

Always super quick to reach out to customers, they’ve always gotten the right product(s) to me fairly quickly, I can pay with my card before delivery even starts, a $25 minimum is great if somebody needs something quick and cheap, so far my favorite dispensary I’ve ordered from
